To answer this question, a fetus forms towards the end of first trimester (towards 12 weeks gestation). Meaning it's Safest , and much easier when done the earliest than waiting to do the procedure at a later Gestation.

Any Pregnancy of above 14 weeks should ONLY BE DONE AT A MEDICAL FACILITY, TILL COMPLETION, to Minimise risks associated with the procedures.
