រីឯយើងជួយជាជំនួយមនុស្សធម៌"
***លើកនេះខ្មែរឈ្នះថៃដោយការសាមគ្គីភាព ភាពចាស់ទុំ និងសេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរ***
ដូច្នេះយើងត្រូវតើសម្របសម្រួលស្ថានការណ៍បច្ចុប្បន្នជាមួយនឹងភាគីថៃប្រកបដោយជំហរថ្លៃថ្នូរ ភាពចាស់ទុំនិងភាពវៃឆ្លាត។ ទោះបីជាភាគីថៃព្យាយាមផ្សព្វផ្សាយមូលបង្កាច់នាំឱ្យមានភាពស្អប់ខ្ពើម បំណងទុច្ចរិត ឬក៏ព័ត៌មានក្លែងក្លាយវាយប្រហារមកកាន់កម្ពុជាយ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ យើងត្រូវតែឆ្លើយតបវិញ ក្នុងនាមជាពលរដ្ឋថ្លៃថ្នូរនិងផ្អែកលើការពិតជាមូលដ្ឋាន។ យើងត្រូវរក្សាឱ្យបាននូវការអត់ធ្មត់និងប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវសេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរ និងភាពចាស់ទុំរបស់យើង។ យើងនឹងទទួលបាននូវសន្តិភាព ព្រោះយើងនិយាយតែការពិត មិននិយាយប្រឌិតមួលបង្កាច់។ ដូច្នេះ យើងត្រូវរក្សាឱ្យបាននូវសេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរភាពចាស់ទុំ និងភាពស្មោះត្រង់របស់យើងឱ្យបាន។ អាវុធដ៏មានឥទ្ធិពលបំផុតរបស់យើងនោះ គឺការឯកភាពជាធ្លុងមួយ មានភាពស្មោះត្រង់ ភាពចាស់ទុំ និងមានសេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរ។ សកម្មភាពខ្លះពីប្រទេសថៃមានលក្ខណៈឃោរឃៅ តែយើងមិនត្រូវបង្ហាញភាពអមនុស្សធម៌នេះត្រឡប់ទៅវិញនោះទេ។ ពិភពលោកកំពុងតែសម្លឹងមើលស្ថានការណ៍នេះ យើងមិនឯកោឡើយ។
សម្រាប់ភាគីនយោបាយ ពិសេសបក្សប្រឆាំងដែលស្ថិតនៅជ្រុងម្ខាងនៃស្ថានភាពបច្ចុប្បន្ន មិនមែនជាពេលត្រូវលេងល្បែងនយោបាយ ឬបំផុសពាក្យចចាមអារ៉ាមនោះទេ។ ចូររក្សាភាពស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ពីពេលឥឡូវនេះទៅ។ កុំព្យាយាមបង្ហាញសកម្មភាពណាដែលមានប្រភពមិនច្បាស់លាស់នាំឱ្យមានការយល់ច្រឡំ ឬបង្កភាពភ័យខ្លាចតាមបណ្តាញសង្គម។ គឺជាពេលដែលខ្មែរគ្រប់រូបក្នុងប្រទេស ដែលកំពុងរងការឈឺចាប់ ហើយអ្នកទាំងឡាយនៅក្រៅប្រទេសគឺរស់នៅដោយសុវត្ថិភាព។
ឥឡូវនេះ ជាពេលដែលយើងត្រូវរួបរួមសាមគ្គីគ្នា មិនមែនជាពេលដែលយើងត្រូវបែកបាក់សាមគ្គីគ្នានោះទេ។

Therefore , we must handle the situation with Thailand with dignity and maturity. Even if Thailand spreads hatred, ill will, or fake news, we must respond by spreading kindness and truth. We must remain calm and uphold our integrity.
We won peace because we spoke the truth as one nation. Let us now preserve this peace with maturity and dignity.
Our most powerful weapons are unity, maturity, and dignity.
Some actions from Thailand may be mean—but we must not allow ourselves to become mean in return.
The world is watching. We are not alone.
Let us not fall into anger or hateful speech. Avoid harsh or mean-spirited comments on social media. If others choose disrespect, we must not follow. Be true sons and daughters of Cambodia—speak, act, and stand for peace.
To political parties, especially those in opposition: now is not the time for political games or spreading rumors. Please remain silent for now. Do not contribute to confusion or fear online. It is the Khmer people within the country who are suffering—many of you are living safely abroad.
Now is the time for unity, not division.
