🇰🇭ជូនចំពោះជនរួមជាតិជាទីគោរព និងជាទីរាប់អាន!
ជំហានបន្ទាប់របស់យើងគឺការជួយវីរកងទ័ពរបស់ពួកយើងទាំង 18 នាក់ ដែលត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួន និងឃុំខ្លួនជាអ្នកទោសសង្គ្រាមនៅក្នុងប្រទេសថៃ។ យើងនឹងដាក់ញត្តិទៅកាន់៖
1️⃣ ការិយាល័យឧត្តមស្នងការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិទទួលបន្ទុកសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស (OHCHR)
2️⃣ គណៈកម្មាធិការកាកបាទក្រហមអន្តរជាតិ (ICRC)
3️⃣ គណៈកម្មការអន្តររដ្ឋាភិបាលអាស៊ានស្តីពីសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស (AICHR)
4️⃣ រួមទាំងទាមទារទៅរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងយោធាថៃដោយផ្ទាល់
ដើម្បីឲ្យដោះលែងវីរកងទ័ពរបស់ពួកយើង។
ដើម្បីបន្ថែមទម្ងន់ដល់ញត្តិរបស់ពួកយើង យើងខ្ញុំស្នើសុំឲ្យបងប្អូនបន្តចុះហត្ថលេខា ដើម្បីគាំទ្រក្នុងបុព្វហេតុនេះ។ ហត្ថលេខានីមួយៗរបស់បងប្អូន មិនមែនគ្រាន់តែជាចំនួនបន្ថែមឡើយ តែវាជាសំឡេងដើម្បីយុត្តិធម៌ សេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរ និងអធិបតេយ្យភាពជាតិយើង។
លើសពីនេះ ខ្ញុំសូមជម្រាបជូនបងប្អូនថា ខ្ញុំបានអញ្ជើញអ្នកជំនាញការច្បាប់ និងមេធាវីជប៉ុន ស្ម័គ្រចិត្តចូលរួមជាមួយយើងខ្ញុំក្នុងនាមជាទីប្រឹក្សាច្បាប់។ ខ្ញុំក៏មានបំណងជ្រើសរើសនិស្សិតខ្មែរបីនាក់ ដែលកំពុងសិក្សាផ្នែកច្បាប់ស្ម័គ្រចិត្តធ្វើការជាមួយយើងខ្ញុំ។ ការជ្រើសរើសនេះ ដើម្បីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលយុវជនយើង ឲ្យយល់ដឹងពីកិច្ចការច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ នឹងក្លាយជាធនធានរបស់មាតុភូមិយើងនាថ្ងៃអនាគត។
បើប្អូនៗមានចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ សូមផ្ញើ CV មកខ្ញុំតាមរយៈអ៊ីម៉ែល [email protected] ឲ្យបានមុនថ្ងៃទី 12 ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ2025។
ចូរយើងបង្ហាញពិភពលោកថា ជនជាតិយើងជាជនជាតិដែលមានសាមគ្គីភាព សេចក្ដីក្លាហាន និងមិនបោះបង់ចោលគ្នាឡើយ។

🇰🇭✨To my beloved fellow Cambodians,
Our next step to help our 18 Cambodian brothers-in-arms, who have been arrested and held as POWs in Thailand, is now underway. We will be submitting our petition to:
1️⃣ United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR)
2️⃣ International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC)
3️⃣ ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR)
4️⃣ And directly to the Thai Government and military itself
To give greater weight and urgency to our petition, we humbly ask all of you to continue signing and sharing in support of this cause. Every signature is not just a number—it is a voice for justice, dignity, and our nation’s sovereignty.
In addition, I am honored to share that Japanese legal experts has joined us as our legal advisors. I also wish to recruit three Khmer students currently studying law to volunteer with us. This is not only about helping today—it is about training our youth to stand firm in advocacy and international law, so they may carry this torch of justice into the future.
