The Cuban Cigar Festival 2025 (Oct 23–27) celebrated 65 years of friendship between Cuba and Cambodia, showcasing world-class craftsmanship and culture. Organized by The Pacific Cigar Company and Cigar Divan Cambodia, with support from the Embassy of Cuba, the festival united cigar and whisky enthusiasts across Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, and Koh Russei.

A highlight of the event was Master Cigar Roller Osiel Lopez de la Osa from Cuba’s famed El Habanero Factory, who performed live rolling demonstrations. Venues included Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra, Rosewood Phnom Penh, Cigar World, Kan Pai Lounge, and more.
