នៅថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នេះ បញ្ជាការដ្ឋានកងទ័ពភូមិន្ទថៃ បានហៅអនុព័ន្ធយោធារបស់ស្ថានទូតបរទេស៤៧ប្រទេស មកស្តាប់ការបកស្រាយរបស់គេអំពីការពិតនៅព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ។ ការពិតតាមបែបថៃ គឺថាកងទ័ពរបស់គេបានធ្វើរឿងត្រឹមត្រូវដែលបានឈ្លានពានទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ហើយបើកការបាញ់ប្រហារបណ្តាលឳ្យកងទ័ពកម្ពុជាមួយរូបស្លាប់បាត់បង់ជីវិត។
ខូចណាស់ថៃ ឈ្លានពានគេហើយ នៅឡើយអះអាងខ្លួនឯងត្រឹមត្រូវទៀត នេះមិនខុសពីពាក្យចាស់របស់ខ្មែរយើងពោលឡើងថា«ស្វាស៊ីបាយលាបមាត់ពពែ»នោះទេ។ ថៃព្យាយាមបិទបាំងការពិត និងលាងខ្លួនប្រាប់បរទេសថា ខ្លួនជាអ្នករងគ្រោះ។ បើខ្លួនពិតជាអ្នករងគ្រោះព្រោះកម្ពុជាមែន ចុះហេតុអ្វីមិនព្រមប្តឹងកម្ពុជាទៅតុលាការយុត្តិធម៌អន្តរជាតិ(ICJ)ទៅ? នៅអែអង់ធ្វើអីទៀត! ឥឡូវនេះ កាន់តែងាយស្រួលហើយ កម្ពុជាបានប្តឹងទៅតុលាការអន្តរជាតិហើយ។ តស់ទៅរកការពិតទាំងអស់គ្នា តើនរណាជាអ្នករងគ្រោះព្រោះការឈ្លានពានពិតប្រាកដ? ដើម្បីឳ្យពិភពលោកបានឃើញច្បាស់។
សួរតែមួយម៉ាត់ទេ ហ៊ានអត់ទៅតុលាការអន្តរជាតិ? កុំកំសាកពេក ប្រទេសធំជាងកម្ពុជា តែកំសាកណាស់។ ហេតុអ្វីបានថៃដែលអះអាងថាខ្លួនឯងត្រឹមត្រូវ តែខ្លាចតុលាការអន្តរជាតិទៅវិញ? ខ្លាចតុលាការអន្តរជាតិបកអាក្រាតពីបំណងដ៏អាក្រក់ និងចិត្តពិសពុលរបស់ខ្លួនមែនទេThailand? Come on Thailand! Come on! Go to ICJ កុំខ្លាច តស់ទៅជាមួយកម្ពុជា។ កម្ពុជាស្វាគមន៍ដឹកដៃថៃទៅ ហើយតុលាការយុត្តិធម៌អន្តរជាតិ(ICJ) កំពុងបើកទ្វារចំហរចាំទទួលថៃ តស់ទៅ កុំខ្លាចThailand។
ថៃព្យាយាមលួងលោម និងដាក់សម្ពាធគ្រប់បែបយ៉ាងមកលើកម្ពុជា រួមទាំង គំរាមប្រើប្រាស់កម្លាំងយោធាផង ដើម្បីឳ្យកម្ពុជាចរចាទ្វេភាគីជាមួយខ្លួនរឿងតំបន់មុំ៣ ប្រាសាទតាមាន់តូច ប្រាសាទតាមាន់ធំ និងប្រាសាទតាក្របី តែកម្ពុជាបដិសេធ។ កម្ពុជានេះណាស្គាល់ថៃច្បាស់ដូចបាតដៃអ៉ីចឹង គឺថាថៃនេះឯងតែងតែចុះហត្ថលេខានឹងដៃ លុបនឹងជើង រកកន្លែងទុកចិត្តមិនបានឡើយ។ ដល់ពេលកម្ពុជាមិនព្រមចរចាទ្វេភាគី ថៃក៏តាំងសម្តែងប្រាប់អនុព័ន្ធយោធាបរទេសថា ខ្លួនខិតខំព្យាយាមណាាស់ក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាជាមួយកម្ពុជាដោយសន្តិវិធី និងចង់បានយន្តការទ្វេភាគី និងអន្តរជាតិ ដើម្បីរក្សាកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសន្តិសុខ និងទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ។ បើចង់ដោះស្រាយដោយសន្តិវិធីមែន តស់ទៅតុលាការយុត្តិធម៌អន្តរជាតិជាមួយកម្ពុជា កុំនិយាយច្រើនពេក ព្រោះយើងជាអ្នកជិតខាងល្អនឹងគ្នានោះអី Let’s go Thailand!៕
“Shameless! Thailand plays tricks—‘Monkey eats rice and smears on goat’s mouth’—to military attachés from 47 foreign embassies”
On June 9, 2025, the Royal Thai Army invited military attachés from 47 foreign embassies in Bangkok to hear its explanation of what is happening at the Cambodia-Thailand border. According to Thailand’s version of the truth, its troops acted “appropriately” by invading Cambodian territory and opening fire, resulting in the death of a Cambodian soldier.
How shameful—Thailand invades and still claims to be in the right. This is no different from the old Khmer saying: “Monkey eats rice and smears on goat’s mouth.” Thailand is trying to cover up the truth and portray itself to the international community as the victim. If Thailand were truly the victim of Cambodian aggression, then why doesn’t it file a case against Cambodia at the International Court of Justice (ICJ)? Why all this posturing? It’s even easier now—Cambodia has already filed a case at the ICJ. So let’s go find the truth. Who is really the victim of this invasion? Let the world see clearly.
Just one question: does Thailand dare go to the ICJ? Don’t act so fake. You’re bigger than Cambodia, but acting so petty. If you’re truly right, then why are you afraid of the international court? Afraid it will expose your evil intentions and toxic ambitions, Thailand? Come on, Thailand—go to the ICJ. Don’t be afraid. Let’s go with Cambodia. Cambodia welcomes you and the ICJ is opening its doors, waiting for you Thailand. Let’s go—don’t be afraid, Thailand.
Thailand is trying to persuade and pressure Cambodia in every way, including threatening military force, to force Cambodia into bilateral talks over the disputed area at Mom3 area, Ta Moan Thom, Ta Moan Toch, and Ta Krabey temples. But Cambodia refuses. Cambodia knows Thailand like the back of its hand—it always signs with hands and erases it with legs . There’s no trust. When Cambodia refuses bilateral talks, Thailand pretends in front of the foreign military attachés that it is making every peaceful effort to resolve the issue, claiming to want both bilateral and international mechanisms to maintain security cooperation and good relations.
If Thailand truly wants a peaceful resolution, then come to the ICJ with Cambodia. Don’t talk too much—we are good neighbor. Let’s go, Thailand!
