You disrespect yourself everytime you chase after people who have shown you several times that they don't care or respect you.

You disrespect yourself when you don't speak up when people cross your boundaries. When you're too nice all the time.

Systematically withdraw from anyone who doesn't give you back the same energy you give out. You don't have to be loyal to people who take you for granted. (Let’s say, Be still loyal but you need to respect yourself too.)
