Thai invasion forces might launch another attack on Cambodia, possibly on the night of August 13 and the morning of August 14!
According to reliable sources, at 10:00 a.m. on August 13, 2025, Thai authorities closed schools and sent students home in preparation for evacuating residents of Dan Village, Dan Commune, Kap Choeng District, Surin Province, to safer locations. This is based on a Fresh News report published at 5:23 p.m. on August 13.
According to the same sources, the Thai military has planned to attack Cambodia on the night of August 13 and the morning of August 14, 2025. The Thai military has mobilised troops and a large amount of weaponry into the Thai-Cambodian border area, including many tanks, in order to carry out another armed aggression against Cambodia’s territorial integrity.
This action shows that the Thai side has once again seriously violated the ceasefire agreement reached during the special meeting on July 28, 2025, as well as the resolutions of the extraordinary meeting of the General Border Committee (GBC) held on August 7, 2025, in Malaysia.
This is the second time that information about a planned preemptive attack against Cambodia has surfaced. However, after such information was made public worldwide, the Thai side denied it and did not dare to launch a military operation. Every day, Thailand habitually sends military forces to encroach and violate Cambodia’s territorial integrity, and on several occasions, their soldiers have stepped on landmines and lost limbs — using these incidents as an excuse to accuse Cambodia.
