ជនរួមជាតិជាទីគោរព និងជាទីរាប់អាន! 🇰🇭
ខាងក្រោមនេះ ជាញត្តិដែលនឹងត្រូវផ្ញើជូន ការិយាល័យឧត្តមស្នងការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិទទួលបន្ទុកសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស នៅថ្ងៃទី 15 ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ 2025ខាងមុខនេះ ស្នើសុំអន្តរាគមន៍ឲ្យដោះលែងវីរកងទ័ពទាំង១៨នាក់។
មកទល់ពេលនេះ វីរកងទ័ពរបស់ពួកយើងទាំង១៨នាក់នៅតែបន្តជាប់ឃុំក្នុងនាមជា អ្នកទោសសង្គ្រាមនៅប្រទេសថៃ។ ពួកគេបានប្ដូរជីវិតការពារទឹកដី និងកិត្តិយសជាតិ។ យើងមិនអាចទុកពួកគេចោលឡើយ។ ឥឡូវនេះដល់វេនរបស់ពួកយើងត្រូវផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រ និងទាមទារឲ្យដោះលែងវីរជនរបស់ពួកយើងត្រលប់មកមាតុភូមិវិញ។
ពួកយើងជាពលរដ្ឋសាមញ្ញ គ្មានអាវុធក្នុងដៃ តែពួកយើងមានសំឡេង។ សំឡេងរួមគ្នារបស់ពួកយើងក្នុងនាមជាប្រជាជាតិតែមួយ នឹងធ្វើឲ្យពិភពលោកស្ដាប់ឮ។ ប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្ររបស់មនុស្សជាតិបានបង្ហាញថា សំឡេងរួមគ្នារបស់ពួកយើង អាចក្លាយជាកម្លាំងដែលមិនអាចបញ្ឈប់បាន។ នៅពេលពួកយើងឈរជាមួយគ្នាដោយក្តីស្រលាញ់ មោទនភាពជាតិ និងឆន្ទៈដ៏រឹងមាំ នោះគ្មានអំណាចអ្វីទប់ទល់នឹងកម្លាំងនៃសាមគ្គីភាពរបស់យើងបានឡើយ។
ញត្តិនេះមិនត្រឹមតែជាតួរអក្សរឡើយ វាជាសំឡេងរួមរបស់ប្រជាជាតិយើង ជាការតស៊ូមតិដើម្បីការពារសេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរ កិត្តិយស និងអធិបតេយ្យភាពជាតិយើង។ រាល់ហត្ថលេខា គឺជាការបន្ថែមក្តីសង្ឃឹមឲ្យដោះលែងវីរជនទាំង១៨នាក់។ រាល់ការចែករំលែក គឺជាជំហានឆ្ពោះទៅរកសាមគ្គីភាព។
"យើងមិនបោះបង់ មិនចុះចាញ់ និងមិនភ្លេចកាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់យើងចំពោះជាតិមាតុភូមិឡើយ។"

We are submitting this petition to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on September 15, 2025, urging urgent intervention to release our 18 brothers-in-arms.
Our 18 brothers-in-arms are still being held as prisoners of war in Thailand. They sacrificed their lives to defend our honor and our country—we cannot and will not abandon them. Now it is our turn to raise our voices, to support them, and to demand their release so they may return home.
We are ordinary citizens without weapons in our hands, but we hold a greater strength: our voice and our unity. When united as one nation, the world will hear us. History has proven that a united people can become an unstoppable force. When we stand together with love, pride, and unbreakable will, no power can withstand the strength of our unity.
This petition is not just a letter—it is the collective voice of our nation, defending our dignity, honor, and sovereignty. Every signature is a weapon of hope. Every share is a step toward unity.
We will not give up. We will not surrender. And we will never forget our sacred duty to our homeland.
