The ASEAN observers need to observe the border using 24-hour drones to put to rest whether Cambodians are planting new mines or not. If this peace deal fails to uphold, I blame the ASEAN observers for not delivering accountability and transparency. The Thais have the right to know if there are mines in the open forest. The Cambodians need to know if their homes will be returned to them or at least where the border lines are drawn. The ASEAN observers need to observe the Thais' drone activity since they are operating drones at the border and the Cambodians are not. My contacts tell me that Thai drones can read body heat at night, which is why they have been successful at capturing illegal crossings; however, the Thais have yet to catch Cambodians red-handed planting any mines. If the Thais are demanding mine clearance, why are they surprised when they look for mines and find out they are there? Why have the ASEAN observers yet to order both militaries to jointly work together to remove the mines, meaning every other soldier should be one from the other country? Do you agree? Each day that goes on, I believe we need a new government agency that can provide baby-sitting-like support for emotional and reckless run kingdoms. Let me remind everyone this border dispute will hurt the entire SE Asian region. All countries need to speak up, or don't be surprised as investors and tourism drive down.
អ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ានត្រូវតែសង្កេតព្រំដែនដោយប្រើយន្តហោះគ្មានមនុស្សបើក ២៤ ម៉ោង ដើម្បីបញ្ចប់ការសង្ស័យថាតើប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាកំពុងដាំគ្រាប់មីនថ្មីឬអត់។ ប្រសិនបើកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពនេះបរាជ័យក្នុងការអនុវត្ត ខ្ញុំត្រូវស្តីបន្ទោសអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ានដែលមិនបានធ្វើឲ្យមានភាពទទួលខុសត្រូវ និងភាពថ្លៃថ្នូរតាមស្តង់ដារ។ ភាគីថៃមានសិទ្ធិដឹងថាតើមានគ្រាប់មីននៅក្នុងព្រៃឆ្ងាយឬអត់។ ខណៈដែលប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាត្រូវតែដឹងថា ផ្ទះរបស់ពួកគេនឹងត្រូវបានសងវិញឬយ៉ាងហោចណាស់ ត្រូវដឹងថា បន្ទាត់ព្រំដែនត្រូវបានគូរទៅណា។ អ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ានត្រូវតែសង្កេតសកម្មភាពយន្តហោះគ្មានមនុស្សបើករបស់ថៃ ដោយសារថៃកំពុងប្រើវានៅតាមព្រំដែន ខណៈដែលកម្ពុជាមិនមាន។ ការទាក់ទងរបស់ខ្ញុំបានប្រាប់ថា យន្តហោះគ្មានមនុស្សបើករបស់ថៃអាចមើលឃើញកំដៅរាងកាយនៅពេលយប់ ដែលជាមូលហេតុធ្វើឲ្យពួកគេអាចចាប់អ្នកឆ្លងព្រំដែនខុសច្បាប់បានជោគជ័យ ប៉ុន្តែរហូតមកដល់ពេលនេះ ថៃមិនទាន់ចាប់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាដែលកំពុងដាំគ្រាប់មីនជាក់ស្តែងបានទេ។ ប្រសិនបើថៃទាមទារឲ្យសម្អាតគ្រាប់មីន តើហេតុអ្វីពួកគេចាប់អារម្មណ៍អស់សំណើចនៅពេលរកឃើញថាមានគ្រាប់មីននៅទីនោះ? ហេតុអ្វីបានជាអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ានមិនទាន់បញ្ជាឲ្យទ័ពទាំងពីរប្រទេសធ្វើការរួមគ្នា ដើម្បីយកគ្រាប់មីនចេញ ដែលមានន័យថា រាល់ទាហានម្នាក់ម្នាក់គួរតែធ្វើការជាមួយទាហានពីប្រទេសមួយទៀត? តើអ្នកយល់ព្រមទេ?
រាល់ថ្ងៃដែលកន្លងផុតទៅ ខ្ញុំយល់ថា យើងត្រូវការការបង្កើតអង្គភាពរដ្ឋាភិបាលថ្មីមួយ ដែលអាចផ្តល់នូវការគាំទ្រដូចជាអ្នកថែទាំក្មេងសម្រាប់អន្ដរជាតិ ដែលមានអារម្មណ៍ខ្លាំង និងសកម្មភាពប្រកបដោយភាពមិនចេះទប់ខ្លួន។ ខ្ញុំចង់រំលឹកដល់មនុស្សគ្រប់គ្នាថា ការជម្លោះព្រំដែននេះនឹងប៉ះពាល់ដល់តំបន់អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ទាំងមូល។ ប្រទេសទាំងអស់ត្រូវតែមានសំឡេង ឬក៏កុំភ្ញាក់ផ្អើលនៅពេលវិនិយោគនិងទេសចរណ៍ធ្លាក់ចុះ
