សេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍ ពី ភូមិភាគ2 របស់សៀម
សំណេរបកប្រែទាំងស្រុង ដូចខាងក្រោម៖

ចលនារបស់កងកម្លាំងកម្ពុជា និងស្ថានការណ៍ពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងទៀត ត្រូវបានគេសង្កេតឃើញដូចខាងក្រោម៖
១. ការបង្កើនការដាក់ពង្រាយកម្លាំងកម្ពុជា៖ បានរកឃើញការបង្កើនកម្លាំង និងពង្រឹងសន្តិសុខដោយកងកម្លាំងកម្ពុជា តាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែនថៃ-កម្ពុជា ទាំងមូល។
២. ការឃ្លាំមើលដោយយន្តហោះគ្មានមនុស្សបើកមិនស្គាល់អត្តសញ្ញាណ៖ យន្តហោះគ្មានមនុស្សបើក (ដ្រូនមិនស្គាល់អត្តសញ្ញាណ/មិនស្គាល់ប្រភេទ) ត្រូវបានរកឃើញហោះហើរត្រួតពិនិត្យលើទីតាំងដាក់ពង្រាយកងទ័ពរបស់យើងនៅតំបន់ជាច្រើន។ ការរកឃើញនៅតំបន់ព្រំដែនរួមមាន៖ ច្រកអានម៉ា (អានសេះ) ស្រុកណាំយ៉ឺន ខេត្តអ៊ុបុលរាជធានី; តំបន់ភូម៉ាឃឿ ស្រុកសត្តសោម ប្រាសាទដូនទួល ភូភី ស្រុកកាន់ទ្រាលក្ស ខេត្តស៊ីសាកេត; ច្រកចម ស្រុកកាប់ឆឹង ខេត្តសុរិន្ទ; និង ច្រកសាយតាកូ ស្រុកបានគ្រួត ខេត្តបូរីរម្យ។
៣. វិធានការចំពោះទាហានកម្ពុជាដែលត្រូវបានឃុំខ្លួន និងអាវុធ/គ្រាប់រំសេវដែលត្រូវបានរឹបអូស៖
សំដៅលើទាហានកម្ពុជាចំនួន ២០ នាក់ ដែលបានចុះចាញ់ដោយសារអស់គ្រាប់រំសេវនៅតំបន់ច្រកសំតែ ស្រុកកាន់ទ្រាលក្ស ខេត្តស៊ីសាកេត និងអាវុធ/បរិក្ខារ គ្រាប់រំសេវ/វត្ថុផ្ទុះដែលត្រូវបានរឹបអូស។ ព័ត៌មានលម្អិតមានដូចខាងក្រោម៖
៣.១ បុគ្គលិកដែលត្រូវបានឃុំខ្លួន៖
៣.១.១ បុគ្គលទាំង ២០ នាក់ ត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនទៅចាត់ការតាមផ្លូវច្បាប់ពីបទ "ចូលប្រទេសដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាត ឬមកស្នាក់នៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រថៃដោយខុសច្បាប់" ទៅកាន់មន្ត្រីស៊ើបអង្កេតដែលមានសមត្ថកិច្ច។
៣.១.២ វិធានការចំពោះបុគ្គលដែលត្រូវបានឃុំខ្លួន ២ នាក់ដែលរងរបួស៖
- បញ្ជូនទៅព្យាបាលនៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យជំរុំវីរៈវឌ្ឍយោធិន ស្រុកមឿង ខេត្តសុរិន្ទ។
- ត្រូវបានស្នើសុំអ្នកឯកទេសផ្នែកវិកលចរិតមកវាយតម្លៃស្ថានភាពរបស់ពួកគេ ដោយសារគេសន្មត់ថាបណ្តាលមកពីការប្រយុទ្ធគ្នាជាយូរ។
៣.២ អាវុធ/បរិក្ខារ គ្រាប់រំសេវ/វត្ថុផ្ទុះ៖

Movement of Cambodian forces and other related situations are observed as follows:
* Increased Cambodian Force Deployment: Detection of additional forces and enhanced security by Cambodian forces along the entire Thai-Cambodian border.
