ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងកម្មករនិយោជិត ធនាគារ អេស៊ីលីដា ភីអិលស៊ី គ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ និងជំនួសមុខឱ្យក្រុមគ្រួសារវីរកងទ័ពជួរមុខកម្ពុជា យើងខ្ញុំទាំងអស់គ្នា សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅដល់សប្បុរសជនទាំងអស់ ដែលបានចូលរួមបរិច្ចាគក្នុងមូលនិធិ "មូលនិធិស្ម័គ្រចិត្តសម្រាប់បុព្វហេតុការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដីខ្មែរ" ដែលបានបិទបញ្ចប់ថ្ងៃនេះ។
សរុបសប្បុរសជនមានចំនួន ២៣.៦៥៤ នាក់ ជាមួយនឹងថវិកាសរុបជាទឹកប្រាក់រៀល និងដុល្លារអាមេរិក មានចំនួន ៤០២.៤៩៥.៩២៤ រៀល គិតចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ម៉ោង១៩:៣០ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ម៉ោង១៧:០០។
ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ធនាគារ អេស៊ីលីដា ភីអិលស៊ី បានបរិច្ចាគថវិកាបន្ថែមចំនួន ១.៥៩៧.៥០៤.០៧៦ រៀល ក្នុង "មូលនិធិស្ម័គ្រចិត្តសម្រាប់បុព្វហេតុការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដីខ្មែរ" ឱ្យគ្រប់ចំនួន ២.០០០.០០០.០០០ (ពីរពាន់លាន) រៀល ដើម្បីឧបត្ថម្ភជូនដល់វីរកងទ័ពជួរមុខកម្ពុជា ដែលបានពលីជីវិត របួស ពិការ ក្នុងបុព្វហេតុការពារជាតិ មាតុភូមិ កំលុងពេលមានជម្លោះប្រដាប់អាវុធកន្លងមក។
ក្រោមគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមរបស់ លោកជំទាវ ជា សិរី អគ្គទេសាភិបាលធនាគារជាតិ នៃ កម្ពុជា ថវិកាដែលទទួលបានពីការចូលរួមខាងលើ ធនាគារ អេស៊ីលីដា ភីអិលស៊ី នឹងសហការជាមួយធនាគារជាតិ នៃ កម្ពុជា ដើម្បីចាត់ចែងជូន ដល់ក្រុមគ្រួសារបងប្អូនវីរកងទ័ពដែលបានពលីជីវិត របួស ពិការ តាមសេចក្តីដូចបានបញ្ជាក់ នៅពេលវេលាសមស្របណាមួយ។

Management and staff of ACLEDA Bank Plc. at all levels and on behalf of the Cambodian valiant soldier's families, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to all the generous people who have donated to "Voluntary Fund for the Cause of Protecting the Cambodian Territory Integrity", which closed today.
The total number of donors is 23,654 people with a total donate in riels and US dollars of 402,495,924 Riels, from 26 July 2025 at 19:30 to 30 July 2025 at 17:00.
Meanwhile, ACLEDA Bank Plc. has additionally donate funds in the amount of 1,597,504,076 Riels in the "Voluntary Fund for the Cause of Protecting the Cambodian Territory Integrity" to fulfil the total amount of 2,000,000,000 KHR (two thousand million riels), to support the Cambodian front line valiant soldiers who sacrificed their lives, wounded and disabled in the cause of national defense during the recent armed conflict.
Under the initiative of H.E. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, the funds received from the above donations, ACLEDA Bank Plc. will collaborate with the National Bank of Cambodia to manage the fund to valiant soldiers' families who sacrificed their lives, wounded and disabled at an appropriate time.
