The moment he sat without falling:
👶🏻 “I’m independent now.”
5 seconds later…
Grabs tissue.
Eats tissue.
Throws remote.
Pulls my hair.
Sir.
You JUST unlocked sitting mode.
Why are you already in destruction level 100??
Me clapping like: “Yaaay good job!”
While hiding everything in a 5km radius.

are now trying to carry him on their own.
He pushed up.
Wobbled.
Almost stood.
Not fully. Not yet.
But today I saw the future —
a little boy who won’t always need my hands to hold him up.
How can I be so proud…
and so heartbroken at the same time?
