This shows that the current market crash is not isolated — it’s affecting almost every single project in the crypto space. Even the strongest assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum have suffered major pullbacks.

It means that our portfolio’s drop is caused by the global market movement, not by any system issue or mishandling. All funds are still in spot positions, but the market value has decreased temporarily due to the crash.

🔴 Key Declines:

• Amazon (AMZN): −4.48%
• Nvidia (NVDA): −3.93%
• Meta (META): −3.32%
• Apple (AAPL): −2.98%
• Microsoft (MSFT): −1.85%
• AMD: −7.05% (one of the biggest drops today)

Even strong and stable companies like Google, Berkshire Hathaway, JP Morgan, and Johnson & Johnson are showing declines.

✅ A few small greens show minor recoveries in some sectors, but overall, the market sentiment is bearish (negative).

🎙️ OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THE ZALEK FOUNDER

Good day to everyone — to my friends, investors, and the ZALEK family.

I want to speak with honesty and respect about the current situation of our system and portfolio.

First of all, I personally acknowledge that we have been facing difficulties since September up to this day, October 11. The funds you invested — including my own personal capital — were placed in spot trading positions intended for a long-term setup.

However, due to the sudden market crash, especially with Bitcoin and Solana (SOL), our portfolio went down by nearly 80%. The funds were not lost, but we cannot liquidate them right now because doing so would result in a much bigger loss. That’s why we decided to hold and preserve the positions until the market recovers.

I want to assure everyone that your funds remain in the trading accounts — they were not withdrawn nor transferred anywhere else. It’s just like planting seeds; we can’t force them to bear fruit overnight. We have to wait for the right season to harvest.

I am personally affected as well, since my own savings and emergency funds were compromised. There was a hacking incident in my BDO account, . Currently, I am hospitalized due to stress and exhaustion, but despite my condition, I continue to work on recovery plans so we can all move forward.

I humbly ask that you do not involve my parents or family, as they have no part in ZALEK’s operations. I alone am responsible for everything. All official updates will only come from the ZALEK official page to make sure everyone receives the same and accurate information.

For now, I have temporarily deactivated my personal Facebook and Messenger accounts so I can rest and prepare proper responses for everyone. But please know — I am still here. I haven’t disappeared, and I’m not hiding.

I would also like to remind everyone that we have a contract that clearly outlines our investment terms. It states that during market downturns or delays, the admin shall continue the recovery phase and provide updates once operations resume. This remains a legal and transparent process that ZALEK stands by.

At present, I am not in Cebu, but this is not because I am avoiding anyone. It just so happened that several things occurred at once — the market issue, the hacking incident, and my health condition. Regardless of where I am, I remain fully responsible to answer your concerns and continue the recovery plan.

I have recently secured a new work contract, and once I am discharged from the hospital, we will begin the recovery phase — reassessing all trading positions and releasing updates per batch.

My dear friends, I know this is a very difficult time, but I will continue to stand as responsible, committed, and true to what I started. I am not hiding, not running away, and not deceiving anyone. I simply stayed quiet to focus on finding real solutions and prevent further damage.

I ask for your help — please help me explain to others that ZALEK is not a scam.
The real cause of this problem is the market crash, not fraud. If we remain united, patient, and faithful through this season, we will recover in time.

As Warren Buffett once said:

“The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient.”

Now is the time for patience, understanding, and faith.

When the right time comes and the market recovers, we will all rise again — stronger than before.
