My first published feature for Fu***ng Young! ! Magazine began in Reykjavík, Iceland, where I had the privilege of sitting down with Arnar Már Jónsson and Luke Stevens of RANRA for a conversation that challenged how we think about fashion today.

“Designing Systems, Not Seasons” explores resilience, material innovation, craftsmanship, and why the future of fashion may depend less on producing more and more on designing better systems.

It’s conversations like these that remind me why journalism matters; not simply to document what’s new, but to create space for ideas that shape where our industry is headed.

Thank you to everyone who showed up for my curatorial debut in Paris with .

During one of the busiest weeks of the year; Men’s Fashion Week and in the middle of a relentless heatwave, you chose to spend your time with us. Your presence was the greatest support I could have asked for.

In Full Bloom marked something deeply personal: my first curatorial project beyond the digital space. For years, I have been curating stories through journalism, fashion, design, partnerships, and cultural conversations.

This exhibition became an opportunity to translate that same editorial lens into a physical space; where photography, painting, fashion, and human connection could exist in meaningful dialogue.
Working alongside the remarkable works of Peter Knapp, Bruno Suter, and Etienne Quesnay reminded me that curation is far more than selecting works. It is the practice of shaping cultural conversations; connecting people, disciplines, and ideas in ways that shift how we experience the world. It is about creating spaces where stories unfold, perspectives expand, and creativity finds new meaning.

This exhibition wasn’t simply an opening. It was a personal evolution.

A reminder that every chapter I’ve built; as a journalist, storyteller, brand consultant, creative director, and cultural communicator; has quietly been preparing me for this moment.

This is only the beginning.

More exhibitions, cultural activations, and pop-up experiences are already taking shape, each reflecting my curatorial approach as an interdisciplinary creative working across fashion, art, design, travel, and culture. I want to continue building platforms that bring together unexpected voices, disciplines, and communities;spaces where culture is not only observed, but experienced.

Thank you to for believing in my vision and trusting me with this beautiful new chapter. And thank you to everyone who came, supported, shared conversations, and celebrated this milestone with me.

Fashion is one of the most beautiful ways a culture remembers itself. Last May, I visited Fashion in All Its Majesty: Royal Thai Dress from Tradition to Modernity at the MAD PARIS , and I found myself lingering longer than I expected.

I’ve never been to Thailand.🇹🇭 Perhaps that’s why the exhibition felt less like an answer and more like an invitation.
Through royal dress, ceremonial textiles, and the remarkable craftsmanship of Thai silk, I was reminded that fashion isn’t simply about silhouettes or trends; it is a language that carries history, diplomacy, identity, and memory across generations.

What fascinated me most wasn’t only the beauty of the garments, but how tradition continues to evolve without losing its essence. It challenged me to think about the role of fashion in preserving cultural heritage while remaining relevant to the present.

As someone beginning my own journey into curatorial practice, experiences like these reaffirm why museums matter.

They don’t just preserve objects, they preserve conversations between the past and the future.

I left with a deeper appreciation for Thailand’s extraordinary contribution to fashion history, craftsmanship, and cultural storytelling. And perhaps more importantly, I left with a growing curiosity to experience the country itself; not only through its textiles, but through the people, places, and traditions that continue to inspire them.

This time last year in Paris, I met Roy Gonzales for the first time.

Months later, that conversation became one of the defining stories I wrote for the September 2025 Anniversary Issue of Vogue Philippines .

Roy made history as the first Filipino to become Creative Director of Maison PATOU a milestone that extends far beyond representation. His career charts an uncommon trajectory: from assisting at the house of Pierre Cardin to leading one of Paris’ historic maisons, where he has sustained the demanding rhythm of two couture and two ready-to-wear collections each year for the past five years.

When we spoke in Paris, our conversation moved beyond fashion. We discussed authorship, heritage, discipline, and the delicate balance between preserving the rigor of French couture while responding to an industry transformed by speed and cultural change.

What struck me most was his clarity. Every answer reflected the same precision found in his collections;where craftsmanship meets cultural consciousness, and where Filipino identity is never performed, but quietly embedded into a global design language.

Writing this feature was an opportunity to document more than an individual achievement. It was about recording a shift in fashion history: a Filipino creative shaping one of Paris’ storied maisons on his own terms.

Some stories deserve to be remembered not because they follow trends, but because they redefine what becomes possible.🇵🇭

Last Friday, I had the pleasure of hosting HeavenlyJelly® pop-up personalization experience at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche in Paris.

Alongside an incredible group of creators, industry insiders, and journalists, we celebrated one of Korea’s most exciting footwear brands through an afternoon of personalization, conversation, and style.

It was especially meaningful to welcome Heavenly Jelly’s Founder & CEO, kyungwanxon , who flew in from Seoul to personally meet our guests and share the story behind the brand’s signature jelly flats.

The best events aren’t just about showcasing a product; they’re about bringing the right people together, creating genuine connections, and giving everyone something memorable to take home.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the afternoon such a joy. Here’s to more moments where fashion, community, and culture meet. ✨
