Seoul City Wall Tour

NAKSAN (낙산)

Section: Hyehwamun ~ Heunginjimun
Distance: 2.1km
Time required: Approximately 1 hour (walking)

This is the section from Hyehwamun to Naksan and Heunginjimun. Naksan (124m) is the mountain that corresponds to the left blue dragon of Seoul and is the lowest of the four inner mountains. Its shape resembles a camel's back, so it is also called Naktasan or Taraksan. The Naksan section has a gentle slope, making it suitable for walking as if taking a stroll. In particular, if you walk along the road behind Catholic University, you can see how the shape of the stone walls differs depending on the construction period.

■ Open 24 hours

■ When passing through Jangsu Village and Ihwa Village, care must be taken to avoid causing harm to the residents.
