BILLING OFFICER

Job Qualifications:

► Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/ Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Management, or equivalent.
► 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
► Must have experience in GLOBAL online Payment Gateway ex: PayPal, Xsolla, pay letter
► Must have experience with google app payment.
► Must be able to analyze payment data.
► Must have experience in claim analysis.
► Must have a strong analytical mind and works well under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

→ Reviews all records associated with bills to ensure accuracy
→ Meets all billing deadlines
→ Keeps detailed records of all billing transactions expenses income and fund transfers
→ Reconciles billing records and reports income projections to administration
→ Participates in audits
→ Produces reports for the management upon request or on a regular basis.
→ Produces charts and graphs to show revenue variances for analysis by billing manager or executive staff.
→ Ensures confidentiality in billing procedures.
→ Analyzes and reviews delinquent accounts.
→ Works with attorneys when legal intervention is necessary to obtain payment of bills.
→ Takes part in the selection of new or upgraded computer billing systems.
→Dealing with chargebacks/ refund requests of clients
→ Creating and sending Daily Billing reports of revenue
→ Researching/ Checking new appropriate possible payment gateways
→ Integrating new Payment Gateways/ Payment Method
→ Investigating Fraud transactions and suspicious accounts with the operations team
→ Monitoring users’ daily transaction
→ Management of current PG’s
→ Blocking suspicious users and releasing legit users
→ Gcoins distribution to Operations Team and Moderators upon the approval of their request
→ Creating Risk Management Policy if needed
→ Request investigation to Operations Team for new users to minimize the amount of chargeback (Daily).
→ Slack monitoring
