Lạp (Laap) ລາບ là một món ăn truyền thống của đất nước Lào. Hầu như tất cả các loại thịt động vật đều có thể làm được Lạp từ lợn, gà, bò đến gà, vịt, cá,... mỗi loại lại có hương vị riêng cực kỳ hấp dẫn

Lạp (đọc là Lap') trong tiếng Lào nghĩa là may mắn, đây cũng là món ăn ko thể thiếu trong những dịp đặc biệt hay đầu năm mới ở đất nước Triệu Voi

Món Lạp rất nhiều gia vị và hương liệu đặc trưng nhiệt đới như ớt, tỏi, riềng, gừng... và ko thể thiếu mắm cá Padek, mỗi loại Lạp lại gia giảm thêm những thành phần riêng. Ví dụ như lạp bò sẽ có thêm thành phần từ Pịa tạo vị đắng cực kỳ đặc biệt rất tốt cho tiêu hoá. Món Lạp được ăn kèm với rất nhiều rau sống, đậu đũa, và xôi nếp Lào - càng ăn càng cuốn ^^

là một nhà hàng Nhật nổi tiếng ở Lào
Những điều khiến nhà hàng này nổi tiếng ko chỉ vì đồ ăn rất tươi ngon và phong phú mà còn là những nguyên tắc trong phục vụ được duy trì trong suốt quá trình hoạt động

Một trong những nguyên tắc đó là khách hàng không được gọi điện đặt chỗ trước mà phải đến tận nơi đăng ký rồi khi nhân viên sắp xếp chỗ xong sẽ được mời vào. Vì vậy nên khu chờ đặt chỗ bên ngoài nhà hàng lúc nào cũng đông khách, nhất là tầm 7h tối

Món kem tráng miệng free ở đây rất ngon, máy kem được làm sạch và bỏ đi lượng kem thừa mỗi cuối ngày

Vì là buffee nên chỉ cần khách hàng có thể ăn hết là nhà hàng luôn sẵn sàng phục vụ các món theo yêu cầu rất đầy đặn, tươi ngon y hình 😆 mỗi khách chỉ được ngồi ăn trong 2h thôi
