A short story of struggle, give up & tears
On 2023 an unexpected oppurtonity came my way…
Participate with ESA Business School in Digital Transformation program funded by Acted Lebanon
Its a two years program full of workshops, trainings and activities to achieve!
I got accepted in the program and the journey of challenges followed..
I discovered that I have no idea what was Digital Transformation, I had no idea of what to do & the hardest part to me is that I had zero knowledge of reporting and strategic planning!
Though my company is existing since 2016!
As much as it was a great news as much as the pressure was..
I failed several times, I felt lost, I cried alot, even I decided to quit believing that am not there and I cannot make it!
But on everytime of giving up my partner Fares Jomaa and I fight to never give up on my dream till I said: “I dont want the money!”
He replied:” it was never about money, its about you, your dream & your commitment”
Then Acted wounderful team that really supported me on every step, helped me and were patient and available always for any help!
And after all of this, the journey is coming to its end & I have passed to reach last phase getting and email: “your report is validated and you can get your fund”
Now I am preparing to be part of the ceremony, graduating from a university that I have always dreamed to br part of it, will be celebrating and sharing a story full of challenges to reach out your goals!
Fight till last breath & be with who supports you & get your back so you don’t fall..
