1. Rank: At least Mythic/MH/MG/Immo above
2. Role: Flexible (can use/manage more heroes)
3. Age: 15+
5. Good attitude & game sense
6. Willing magpa-coach at tumanggap ng feedback
7. Stable internet & available sa scrims/customs
8. May pangarap sa ML (tournament, team growth, etc.)
9. Competitive player willing mag laro 5-15 games a day
10. Maayos mag laro/ hindi trippings sa Scrim/rg/tourna
11. Laging active sa ML at GC mas maganda kung mas maingay
