After 26 years of Labour Party rule, voters will have the opportunity to assess the government's record and determine the future direction of the nation.

Kemi’s call for Candidates:

Incredibly, 90% of the new Labour MPs at the last election came from a trade union, charity or public-sector background. Barely 1/5th of the Cabinet has any private-sector experience. In the Shadow Cabinet, 3/4 of us do. That distinction matters.

The skills Labour MPs have acquired are in lobbying for more funding, campaigning for more benefits or more red tape. Britain needs a new generation of politician.

Only the Conservative Party can build a team for the economic war effort required after Burnham/Starmer have finished this catastrophic experiment. We will need to fix every aspect of our system at once. There will be no kicking decisions into the long grass, only rolling our sleeves up and getting to work.

When the SLP chanted, “The Mood is Red,” many Saint Lucians believed it was a promise of better days ahead.
What they didn’t realise was that under this red mood:
🔺 Electricity prices would go up.
🔺 Water prices would go up.
🔺 Homicides would go up.
🔺 The cost of living would go up.
🔺 And now, gas prices have gone up again.

Today, families are paying more for almost everything while struggling to make ends meet. Every increase places a heavier burden on hardworking Saint Lucians already facing unprecedented economic pressures.

The reality is that the mood is red but not for the reasons people were led to believe. It is red with frustration, red with hardship and red with the warning signs of a country where too many people are being asked to do more with less.
With another increase in gas prices, one question remains:
How much more can the people of Saint Lucia afford?
