මම මගෙ social media වල හැමදාම මගෙ experiences බෙදාගත්තා.. brands වල වැඩ වලට එහෙමත් නැත්නම් travel කරන ලස්සන තැන් ගැන..
මේක වෙනස් කතාවක්..

මට accident එකක් වෙනව 23 සවස.. මුලින්ම මව ගෙනියන්නෙ පානදුර රජයේ රෝහලට..
මගේ තත්වය සංකීර්ණයිලු. (මට දවස් දෙකක මතකය නැති වෙලා තියෙන්නෙ concussion තත්වයක් නිසා)
කොහොම හරි මාව පානදුර රෝහලින් කොළඹ ජාතික රෝහලට මාරු කරනවා..
එහිදී දැඩිසත්කාර ඒකකයදී ඉදන් උන දේවල් තමයි මට මගෙ මතකයෙ තියෙන්නෙ..

මට කියන්න ඕනෙ එ කතාව..
ඉතින් මට මොනවත්ම මගේ දෙයක් කරගන්න නොහැකි තත්වයක මන් හිටියෙ..
තරුණ හෙදියන් වගේම මැදි වියේ හෙදියනුත් දැඩිසත්කාර ඒකකයේ හිටියා..තව රෝගීනුත් කීප දෙනෙක් හිටිය හැබැයි මට ඇස් කොනෙන් පෙනෙන්නෙ දෙපැත්තෙ දෙන්නව විතරයි..

මේ සියලුම හෙදියන් අපිට සැලකුවේ හරිම ආදරණීය විදියට ...
ඒ අය ඇවිත් මාව පිරිසිදු කරන එක උනත් කරේ හරිම මිත්රශීලී විදියට..ඒ වගේම කාරුණිකව..
මේ මම රජයේ රෝහලක මෙහෙම නේවාසික ප්රතිකාර ගත් පලමු අවස්තාව..
මීට කලින් මම පෞද්ගලික රෝහල් වල නේවාසික ප්‍රතිකාර අරගෙන තියෙනව මට ඩෙංගු රෝගය හැදුන වෙලාවෙ..
ඒත් මට කියන්න ඕනෙ ඒ සියලුම දේවල් වලට වඩා රජයේ රෝහලින් ලැබුන සේවය මාව බලාගත්ත විදිය ෛවද්‍ය් /හෙද සත්කාර හැම දේම වචන වලින් කියන්න බැරි තරම් ඉහලයි.. සමහර වෙලාවට මට දුක හිතුන ඒ අය ගැන..මේ තරම් සලකද්දි..
ඒක මට විතරක් නෙමෙයි අනිත් අයටත් ඒ විදියටම ලැබුන..

දැඩිසත්කාර ඒකකයෙ ඉද්දි එක්කෙනෙක්ට තමයි ගෙදරින් බලන්න එන්න දෙන්නෙ..
ඉතින් අපිව බලන්න ලබෙන වෙලාව එද්දි ,බලන්න එන අය එලියෙන් පේන වීදුරු කවුලුවෙන් බලන් ඉන්නව..
අපි වෙලාව යනව දන්නෙ නෑ..
එක පාරටම ඉන්න හෙදියන් අපිට කියනව අන්න ගෙදරින් අවිත් බලන්න එලිය.. බලල හිනා වෙන්න කියල
එයාල හැමෝගෙම මානසික තත්වය ගැනත් හිතනව..
පැය විසි හතරම එකම කෙනෙනෙක් නෙමෙයි උනත් ඉන්නෙ,මහ රෑට ඇහරන් රාජකාරිය කරන එක ලේසි දෙයක් නෙමෙයි..
ඒත් එයාල ඒක ආදරනිය විදියට කරනව..
මට ලස්සනට ලියන්න දන්න කෙනෙක් නෙමෙයි..
ඒත් මට ඔයාල එක්ක කියන්න ඕනෙ උනේ..
රජයේ රෝහල් වල ඉන්න මේ සියලුම කර්‍යමන්ඩල වල ඉන්න අය, ගොඩක් අය අපිට ලොකු සේවයක් කරනවා..

ඒකෙ අගය දැනෙන්නෙ ඒ තත්වයට පත් වෙලා ඉදිදි..
තමන්ට මොනවත්ම කරගන්න බැරිව..
ඔලුව හරවගන්න වත් බැරිව වතුර ටිකක් බොන්න බැරිව
තත්වයක ඉන්න කෙනෙක් ට ඒ වගේ ආදරනීයව ලබෙන සැලකිල්ල තරම් වෙන කිසිම දෙයක් වටින්නෙ නෑ..

හැම තැනම හොද නරක අය වගේම හොද නරක අත්දැකීම් තියෙනවා..
නරක ඉක්මනට පැතිරෙනව..
හොද අඩුයි. ඒකයි මට මේ ගැන කියන්න ඕනෙ උනේ..

තව ඉල්ලිමක් තියෙනව.. ලංකාවේ සෞඛ්යය සේවය නොමිලේ ලැබෙන්නෙ. ඒක ලොකු දෙයක්..විශේශයෙන්ම ඒ දේවල් වලට වියදම් කරන්න බැරි තත්වෙ අයට..
අපි ගොඩක් වෙලාවට උදව් අවශ්‍ය අයට උදව් කරනවනෙ..
ඒ අතර අපිට පුලුවන් විදියට hospital එකට එන අයට ඕන කරන දේවල් වලට එයාලට බෙහෙත් මොනව හරි ගන්න පුලුවන් වෙන්න උදව් කරන්න පුලුවන් නම් ඒක හරිම වටිනවා ..

මොකද හැම කෙනාටම වටින දේ නිරෝගී සුවය..
ඉතින් මේක කියවන ඔයාටත් නීරෝගී සුවය !
ඒ වගේම මේ රාජකාරී කරන සියලුම දෙනාට මම හදවතින්ම ස්තූති කරනවා..
මට දෙවනි පාරට ජීවිතය ලබාදුන්න එකටත් එක්කම.. .

I saved these photos to share on Christmas 🎄 Day.
These were my favourites from the Christmas shoot.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t post anything on Christmas 😭, as I met with an accident on the 24th and wasn’t conscious.

I’m sharing them now, after being transferred from the ICU to a normal ward, finally holding my phone again.🥺

Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas, and sending all my love and gratitude to everyone who reached out with such kind messages and prayers. I truly appreciate each one of you and will reply to everyone very soon.

Sometimes, luxury isn’t what we think it is or what we see. I never realised how much value this picture would hold until now. It may take months to feel like this again, but I’m grateful that the person in this photo is still by my side, taking care of me.

Life gives us tough lessons, and sometimes it forces us to slow down to see life from a different perspective. These past few days have taken me into a completely new chapter of my life.

✨ READ THIS BEFORE YOUR PHI PHI ISLAND TRIP! ✨

Second time at Koh Khai, and I had to share this before you visit .. just so you don’t end up disappointed..

Yes, it’s crowded 😃 but that’s what happens when a place goes viral among travelers. The part most people don’t know is:
• Sunbeds & chairs are not free — you have to pay.
• If you buy food/drinks, you can sit only at the tables belonging to that specific shop.
• You cannot sit anywhere else without paying.
• And please remember to throw your garbage at the same shop you purchased from 👐 they get offended if you don’t.

Sharing this so you walk in prepared, not frustrated.

But honestly, koh khai still has so much to offer 🫶 jet skiing, snorkeling, swimming, SUP, kayaking .. the perfect mix if you love adventure and ocean days.

මේ දවස්වල වතුර දුන්නා වගේම ප්ලාස්ටික් බෝතල් එකතුකරන වැඩපිලිවෙලකුත් හදමු.

Sri Lanka Tourism Back on Track: All Major Sites Open & Visitors Flowing In

Sri Lanka’s tourism sector continues to show strong resilience and stability as attractions, transport routes, and hotels across the country remain fully operational following recent adverse weather.

Tourist Attractions:

All major wildlife parks, including Yala (all gates), Udawalawe, Minneriya, Kumana, Horton Plains, Wilpattu and Bundala are open to visitors.

Marine tourism sites such as Mirissa and Kalpitiya whale watching tours, Hikkaduwa Coral Sanctuary, and Pigeon Island are also operating normally. All cultural sites and museums under the Central Cultural Fund are open. Forest attractions are accessible, except the Knuckles region, which remains temporarily closed.

Weather & Hotel Occupancy:

Sunny weather is reported in major coastal and inland tourism zones including Negombo, Kalutara, Bentota, Beruwela, Hikkaduwa, Passikudah, Arugambay and Ella. Hotels across all regions report strong occupancy, with electricity and essential services functioning uninterrupted.

Road & Rail Access:

Road access to every major tourist destination has been restored, with main highways fully open. Railway services on the Coastal Line are running as scheduled, while Main Line trains are operating up to Mirigama and Abepussa.

Fuel & Power Supply:

Fuel distribution across the country is running smoothly except for minor delays in the Kaduwela area. Power has been restored to almost all tourism zones, with final restoration efforts underway in a few isolated locations.

Sri Lanka’s tourism industry continues to operate strongly, welcoming visitors and supporting the nation’s economic recovery.

Right now, people in Sri Lanka are facing one of the toughest times .. floods have destroyed homes, belongings, and lives. While some are on the ground helping, not everyone can be there physically.. But your support still matters.

The floods will pass, but the recovery is long.

Hi! I think you’ve already seen a bit of the behind the scenes from our Christmas shoot with , and I’ve been so excited to finally share these pictures with you.
Even though I’ve had them with me for a while, it honestly took time because I just couldn’t decide which ones to post 😄 I love every single one of them!🙈

I think I saved the best to share during the Christmas 🎄 season, and picking favorites was nearly impossible because the photos came out so beautifully.

Things you should know before visiting maya bay 🏝️✨

💸 always carry cash! most places don’t accept cards 🚫 only a few shops on the islands do.

☀️ it can get really sunny and you’ll definitely get thirsty while walking around, so always keep a bottle of water with you.

🥨 shops on the islands are a bit more expensive than in phuket town, so if you’re traveling on a budget, grab your snacks before you get to the port.

🚶 the place can get quite crowded, so follow the queues when walking in and out.

🌿 rules & regulations you must know:

🚫 no swimming or snorkeling – it’s banned to protect marine life, especially the recovering sharks and coral reefs. you can walk in shallow water, but not swim.

👣 no shoes on the beach – wear flip-flops that are easy to take off.

🗑️ no littering – take all your trash with you to help keep this paradise clean.

🚁 no drones allowed unless you have special authorization.

💰 entry fee: there’s a national park entry fee that must be paid in cash, so keep it ready to avoid delays.

🌺 enjoy the beauty, respect the rules, and leave only footprints behind 🫶
