Easy Tuna Pasta Salad 🐟🍝

Ingredients:
• 1 can tuna (drained)
• 1–2 cups cooked pasta (any shape)
• ½ cup mayonnaise (or yogurt for lighter)
• 1 small red onion, diced
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Optional: sweetcorn, cucumber, red apple

Steps:
1. Cook pasta, drain, and cool.
2. Mix tuna, pasta, onion, and optional veggies and fruits in a bowl.
3. Add mayo, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

We always cherish our amma’s cooking. Every meal she makes is filled with love, and the best meals l’ve ever had in my life have come from her hands. She has always loved feeding me since I was little, and I can’t believe I’m now living overseas without her by my side. I miss the warmth of her food and the love she pours into every dish. I can’t wait to taste her cooking again soon!
