තමන්ගේ වැඩ ඇරෙන්නේ හවස 5ට නම්, 5ට ඔෆිස් එකෙන් පිටවෙන්න. ආයතනය ඔබට ගෙවන්නේ සතියේ පැය 40 සඳහා පමණයි නම්, තමන්ගේ කාලය, ශ්‍රමය වියදම් කරගෙන තව පැයක් හමාරක් වැඩ කරන එක නවත්තන්න.

අනිත් කාරණේ, ඕනෙම කෙනෙකුට අවුරුද්දකට නිවාඩු 30ක් 40ක් දීලා තියෙන්නේ රෙස්ට් එකක් ගන්න. ඒක මනුස්සයෙක්ගේ අවශ්‍යතාවක්, අයිතිවාසිකමක්.

නමුත් ගොඩදෙනා තමන්ට හිමි නිවාඩු ටික ගන්නෙ නෑ, ඒ වගේම, ,තමන්ට හිමි නිවාඩු ගන්න මිනිස්සු කම්මැලියෝ, වැඩට කැපවීමක් නොමැත්තෝ විදියට හංවඩු ගහන්න එපා, ඒක හරිම ටොක්සික්. තමන්ට ඉවර කරගන්න බැරි තරම් වැඩ ලෝඩ් එකක් තියෙනවා නම්, තමන් නිවාඩු ගියාම ඒ වැඩේ බලන්න වෙන සේවකයෙක් නැත්නම් ඒක ඒ ආයතනයේ අඩුපාඩුවක්.

දවසකට තියෙන්නේ පැය 24 යි. ඒ පැය 24න් පැය 10ක් අපි පාරටත්, ඔෆිස් එකටත් වැය කරනවා. තව පැය 6ක් නිදාගන්නවා. තමන්ගේ පුද්ගලික වැඩ සහ පවුල එක්ක ගත කරන්න ඉතිරිවෙන්නේ ඉතිරි පැය 8 විතරයි.

ඉතින්, තමන් ඔෆිස් එකේ ගෙවන හැම වැඩිපුර විනාඩියක්ම අයින්වෙන්නේ ඔය 'පුද්ගලික කාලය' කියන පැය අටෙන්, තමන්ගේ පවුල එක්ක ගෙවන්න පුළුවන්, තමන්ට විනෝදාංශයක් කරගන්න පුළුවන්, කාලයෙන් කියන එක තේරුම්ගන්න.

ඔයා කැපවීමෙන්, හැමදාම හවසටත් ඉඳලා වැඩ කළා කියන එක තව අවුරුදු 10කින් ඔෆිස් එකට මතක තියෙන්නේ නෑ. නමුත් තාත්තා, අම්මා හැමදාම ගෙදර එන්නේ රෑ වෙලාබව ළමයින්ට මතක තියේවි. ළමයි හැදෙන වැඩෙන කාලෙ උන් එක්ක හිටියේ නෑ, සහකරු හෝ සහකාරිය එක්ක ගමනක් බිමනක්වත් යන්න වුණේ නෑ, වයසක අම්මා තාත්තා එක්ක වැඩිපුර පැයක් දෙකක් ඉන්න වුණේ නෑ කියලා ඔයාට මතක තියේවි
