Currently, I serve as the HR Officer at Aeon Shipping BPO Pvt Ltd, having previously worked as the Business Development Manager at Amazon College, HR Manager at Wheels Lanka, and HR Officer at Amal International School. With over a decade of experience in corporate HR and Administration, I am also involved in teaching English Language and IT classes, as well as conducting Soft Skills and Life Skills Training Programs for diverse audiences. As an autodidact graphic designer, I specialize in creating graphics for both printed and electronic media, including brochures and advertisements. In my capacity as a counselor, I provide mental health support through recommended techniques and therapies. Additionally, I am skilled at hosting and compering events, captivating audiences with my announcing abilities and engaging content. I also produce vocal-only short films, motivational quotes, and write articles aimed at inspiring positive change. My dedication to community service has seen me contribute as a founder, coordinator, secretary, and treasurer in various projects and organizations focused on community welfare.

- அனஸ் அஸ்வர்-

அவர்கள் தரும் பதிலில் ஏதாவது ஒரு ஆறுதல் கிடைக்கும் என்று தான் நாம் அதனை கேட்போம்.

ஆனால், ஒன்று எதுவுமே நடக்காதது போல் சகஜமாக நடந்துகொள்வார்கள்.

அல்லது தம்மை நியாயப்படுத்தி பலியை நம்மீதே போட்டு எமக்கு குற்ற உணரவை ஏற்படுத்துவார்கள்.

What started on April 14, 2014, as just a job to earn a living has evolved into a journey that shaped my identity, mindset, and purpose. These 12 years were not smooth, not easy, and definitely not perfect, but every challenge carried a lesson, and every setback built resilience.

From having no skills and facing repeated failures, to learning, unlearning, and growing through real-world experiences, this journey was built on one principle: PESH – Passion, Enthusiasm, Sincerity, and Hard Work.
