යක්කල ආයුර්වේද රෝහල අසල පාලම ගිලා බසී 👇

යක්කල ආයුර්වේද රෝහල අසල පාලම (Bridge 31/3) පුළුල් කිරීමේ වැඩ නිමවී ගතව ඇත්තේ වසර කිහිපයකි. බ්‍රිතාන්‍ය පාලන සමයේ මෙන්ම ඉතිහාසයේ කිහිපවරක් මෙහි පුළුල්කිරීම් සිදු කර ඇත. 2021-2022 සමයේ මෙය නැවත වරක් පුළුල් කර ඇත.

මෙම පාලම පිහිටා ඇත්තේ අත්තනගලු ඔයේ අතු ගංගාවක් හරහා වන අතර ඇති වූ ගංවතුර තත්වය හමුවේ පැරණි ආරුක්කු පාලමේ කොටසක් ගිලා බැසීමට ලක්ව තිබේ. කෙසේවෙතත් bored piles මත ඉදිකර ඇති නව පාලමට මෙමගින් බලපෑමක් නොමැත.

පැරණී ආරුක්කු පාලමේ ස්ථායිතාවය නැවතවරක් සලකා බැලිය යුතුවන අතර මෙවන් ආරුක්කු පාලම් ශ්‍රී ලංකාව පුරා ප්‍රධාන මාර්ගවල දක්නට ඇත.

🚨 Bhopal Overbridge Sparks Outrage Over Dangerous Design 🚧

A newly constructed overbridge in Aishbagh, Bhopal, costing ₹18 crore, has come under fire after a sharp 90-degree turn was discovered right at its highest point—directly above active railway tracks. 😱

The bridge was originally planned with a safer 45-degree turn, but the design was abruptly changed due to nearby railway land and metro station constraints. Civil engineers and locals have raised serious safety concerns, warning that such a sharp bend could cause accidents if the bridge is opened in its current form. 🚗⚠️

In response, the Madhya Pradesh government has suspended 7 PWD engineers, including senior officials. A retired engineer is also under investigation, and both the design consultant and construction agency have been blacklisted. 🚫

CM Mohan Yadav has promised strict accountability and immediate corrective action. A special committee is now working with Indian Railways to redesign the overbridge for safer use, with possible land acquisition on the table to improve the alignment.

The bridge will remain closed to the public until it’s declared safe.

රික්ටර් මාපක 7.7 භූකම්පනයෙන් තායිලන්තයේ උස ගොඩනැගිලි කඩා වැටුනු හේතුව කුමක්ද?

මාර්තු 28 පස්වරු12:50 ට පමණ මධ්‍යම මියන්මාරයේ රික්ටර් පරිමාණය 7.7ක භූකම්පනයක් සිදුවී ඇත. මෙමගින් දැඩි විනාශයක් ඇති කර ඇති අතර, මේ වන විට මියන්මාරයේ මරණ සංඛ්‍යාව 140 ඉක්මවා ඇත. මෙම භූකම්පනයෙන් තායිලන්තයේ අගනුවර වන බෑන්ග්කොක් නගරයටද දරුණු බලපෑමක් සිදුවී ඇත.

බැන්ග්කොක් නගරයේ ඉදිවෙමින් තිබූ උස් ගොඩනැගිල්ලක් බිමට කඩා වැටීමෙන් අවම වශයෙන් පුද්ගලයින් 10 දෙනෙකු ජීවිතක්ෂයට පත්ව ඇති අතර තවත් මිනිසුන් කඩා වැටුණු ගොඩනැගිලි තුළ කොටු වී ඇත. බැන්ග්කොක් නගරයේ ගොඩනැගිලි කඩා වැටීමට භූකම්පන සඳහා අවශ්‍ය විශේෂිත සැලසුම් සහ භාවිතා කළ යුතු ඉන්ජිනේරු තාක්ෂණය යොදාගෙන නොතිබීම හේතුවන්නට ඇත.

බොහෝ ජනතාව ජීවත්වන පුද්ගලික නිවාස සහ පන්සල් වැනි රාජ්‍ය ගොඩනැගිලි මේ නීතිය යටතේව නොපවතී. 2007 පෙර ඉදි කළ ගොඩනැගිලි සඳහා භූකම්පන ආරක්ෂක නීති අනිවාර්ය නොවේ. තායිලන්තය මෙවැනි භුකම්පන නිතර සිදුවන රටක් නොවීම අදාළ ඉන්ජිනේරු සැලසුම් භාවිතා නොකිරීමට හේතුවන්නට ඇත.

මෙවන් ආපදාවක් සිදුවිමේදී ඉදිකිරීම්වල භාවිතාකළ තාක්ෂණය සහ ගුණාත්මක භාවිතය ඉතාමත් වැදගත් වේ.

The Shiosai Bridge in Shizuoka, Japan🇯🇵

The Shiosai Bridge in Shizuoka, Japan, is a prestressed concrete four-span stress-ribbon bridge with roadway slab decks, which forms a so-called inverted suspension bridge. The bridge, for cyclists and pedestrians, was completed in 1995. The superstructure consists of roadway slab decks, columns which support the slab decks, and stress ribbons forming the lower cord. The bridge length is 232 m, the clear width is 3.0 m, and the span lengths are 55, 61, 61 and 55 m.

In this structure, loads are transferred via the slab decks into the columns, which are supported by the stress ribbons that in turn are supported by the piers and abutments. Overall stiffness was increased using elastic connections with horizontal neoprene bearings, which were installed between the ends of the roadway slabs and the abutments.

Most of the superstructures were precast using lightweight concrete, in order to minimize the horizontal forces acting on the abutments, thus making the structure more economical. To ensure corrosion protection, epoxy-coated prestressing strands were used for bearing cables and prestressing cables for the stress ribbon.

දහස් ගනන් දුවා දරුවන්ගේ අනාගත ඉංජිනේරු සිහිනයන්ට පාර පෙන්වූ, නව තාක්ෂණික ලෝකයේ මංපෙත් දහස් ගණන් ජනතාවට විවර කර දුන් මොරටු විශ්ව විද්‍යාලීය විද්‍යාර්ථයන්ට ජය 👏👏

ලෝකයේ උසම පාලම 🌁

පළමු Beipan ගංගා පාලම Beipan ගංගා නිම්නයේ සිට මීටර් 565.4 ක් ඉහළින්, Guizhou සහ Yunnan පළාත් සම්බන්ධ කරමින් මීටර් 1,341.4 ක් විහිදේ.

මෙහි භූ විද්‍යාත්මක ව්‍යුහය ස්ථායී නොවන බැවින්, කඳුකරයේ ගුහා සහ උමං සෑදීම වැළැක්වීම සඳහා නිර්මාණකරුවන් පාලම ඉහළට ගෙන යන ලදී.

2016 අගභාගයේදී විවෘත වූ දා සිට, ජාත්‍යන්තර පාලම් කර්මාන්තයේ නොබෙල් ත්‍යාගය ලෙස සැලකෙන ජාත්‍යන්තර උපදේශක ඉංජිනේරුවරුන්ගේ (FIDIC) විශේෂ කුසලතා සම්මානය ඇතුළුව, පාලම රට පුරා සහ ලොව පුරා සම්මාන ලබා ඇත.

කොළඹ වරායේ බටහිර කොළඹ ජාත්‍යන්තර පර්යන්තයේ (CWIT) ඉදිකිරීම් කටයුතු ආරම්භ කරන ලදී.
මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය සඳහා සම්පූර්ණ වියදම ඩොලර් මිලියන 789 කි. සමස්ත ආයෝජනයෙන් 51%ක් ඉන්දියාවේ Adani සමූහ ව්‍යාපාරය සතු වන අතර, ජෝන් කීල්ස් හෝල්ඩිංග්ස් පීඑල්සී 34%ක් සහ ශ්‍රී ලංකා වරාය අධිකාරිය 15%ක් හිමිකර ගනී. (SLPA).
මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතියේ කොටසක් ලෙස ඉදිවන ජැටිය මීටර් 1400ක් දිගයි. පර්යන්ත අවකාශයේ හෙක්ටයාර 65 ක් ඇත. මෙම පහසුකම බහාලුම් මිලියන 3කට ඉඩ දිය හැකිය.
කොටස් දෙකකින් සංවර්ධනය කෙරෙන මෙම පර්යන්තයේ පළමු අදියරේදී ස්වයංක්‍රීය පර්යන්ත දොඹකර 18ක් සවිකර මීටර් 800ක් දිග ජැටියක් ඉදිකිරීමට නියමිත බව ගොඩනැගිලි සමාගම අවධාරණය කරයි.
ව්‍යාපෘතියේ පළමු අදියර 2024 අප්‍රේල් මාසයේදී අවසන් කිරීමට නියමිත අතර දෙවන අදියර 2026 මැද භාගයේදී නිම කිරීමට නියමිතය.
Fact: සුප්‍රසිද්ධ නෙළුම් කුළුණ සහ මත්තල ජාත්‍යන්තර ගුවන් තොටුපළ සඳහා වෙන් කළ මුදල් WCT ඉදිකිරීම සඳහා වෙන් කළේ නම්, බටහිර බහාලුම් පර්යන්තය සඳහා වන දායකත්වයෙන් 50% කට වඩා වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් ශ්‍රී ලංකා වරාය අධිකාරිය සතු වන අතර එය ගෝලීය වෙළඳාමට දායක වීමට කදිම අවස්ථාවක් වනු ඇත.
