Sorry that your strength was met with violence. Sorry that our silence hurt you more than your wounds. Now, as you lie broken and still, the world finally looks your way, too late.

You deserved freedom, not pain. Dignity, not delay.

We failed him. Not just as a nation, but as humans. Now don’t pretend to save him, save your hearts instead, and do better next time. For Bhathiya. For every other silent being.

Let it go ! Let him die in peace !
