⚡ Motor Megger Test – ක්රමය
1️⃣ මුලින් Power OFF කරන්න
Main supply isolate කරන්න.
Motor terminals වල voltage නැති බව Multimeter එකෙන් තහවුරු කරන්න.
Motor එක VFD/Drive එකකට සම්බන්ධ නම් VFD එකෙන් motor wires disconnect කරලා test කරන්න.
2️⃣ Megger එකේ Voltage එක සාමාන්ය LV 3-phase motor එකකට බොහෝවිට 500 V DC Megger භාවිතා කරනවා.
3️⃣ Test කරන්න ඕන points
Motor terminals: U, V, W
U → Earth/Body
V → Earth/Body
W → Earth/Body
ඊට අමතරව winding-to-winding:
U → V
V → W
W → U
📌 Reading එක බලන්නේ කොහොමද?
U-Earth, V-Earth, W-Earth readings තුනම හොඳට ඉහළ සහ එකිනෙකට ආසන්න නම් insulation condition එක සාමාන්යයෙන් හොඳයි.
උදාහරණයක්:
U–E = 100 MΩ
V–E = 95 MΩ
W–E = 110 MΩ ✅
නමුත් 1 MΩ වගේ ඉතා අඩු reading එකක් ලැබුණොත් insulation problem එකක් තිබිය හැකියි.
⚠️ Megger එකෙන් test කරන විට motor winding එකට electronic components/VFD එකක් සම්බන්ධ කරලා තියන්න එපා.
