😯පොතු වලින් ආවරණය වූ ලෝකයේ එකම ක්ෂීරපායි සත්වයා ගැන ඔයාලා දන්නවද?
😍 පෙනුමෙන් ටිකක් අමුතුයි වගේ වුණත්, ලෝකයේ විශේෂම සතුන් අතරින් එක් සතෙක් තමයි මේ ඉන්නෙ... 👀✨

🎨 එහෙනම් මගේ art එකත් එක්ක මේ අහිංසක සත්වයාගේ කතාව අපි බලමු...
චූටි කාලේ හෝඩිපොතේ "ඈ" අකුර හඳුන්වන්න මේ සත්ත්වයාගෙ නම තමයි තිබ්බේ.. 🫣
ඒත් අද වෙනකොට මේ අපූරු සත්වයාව ඇත්තටම දැකලා තියෙන අය නම් ඉතාමත් අඩුයි... 🥺
"ඈයා" එහෙමත් නැත්නම් "කබල්ලෑවා (Pangolin)" කියන නම් වලින් හදුන්වන්නෙ මේ එකම සත්ත්වයාව.
කබල්ලෑවා කියන්නේ බොහෝ දෙනා නොදන්නා, නමුත් ලෝකයේ ජීවත් වන විශේෂ සතුන් අතරින් එක්කෙනෙක්.
කබල්ලෑවගේ නම අහල තිබ්බට මේ සත්ත්වයාව සියැසින් දුටු අය ඉතා විරලයි. රාත්‍රී 11.00ත් අලුයම 4.00ත් අතර කාලයේ සක්‍රීය හැසිරීමක් පෙන්වන නිශාචර සත්ත්වයෙකු වීම සහ සීමිත ව්‍යාප්තියක් සහිත සත්ත්වයෙකු නිසා බොහෝ දෙනෙකුට කබල්ලෑවා දැකීමට අවස්ථාව හිමි නොවේ.මෙම සත්ත්වයා පිළිබඳ ගෝලීය වශයෙන් ද දැඩි අවධානයක් යොමුව තිබේ. ඊට හේතුව වී තිබෙන්නේ ලෝකයේ නීතිවිරෝධී වෙළෙඳාමට වඩාත්ම ලක්වන ක්ෂීරපායි සත්ත්වයා කබල්ලෑවා වීමයි. මිනිසාගේ අනවසර දඩයම් කිරීම් හා ජාවාරම් හේතුවෙන් ලෝකයේ වඳවීමේ තර්ජනයට ලක්ව ඇති, ලොව වැඩිම ජාවාරමකට ලක්වන ක්ෂීරපායි සත්ත්වයෙකු වන කබල්ලෑවා (Pangolin) පිළිබඳව ලෝකයේ අවධානය යොමු කිරීම හා ඔවුන් සංරක්ෂණය කිරීමේ අරමුණින් සෑම වසරකම පෙබරවාරි මස තුන්වන සෙනසුරාදා දිනට "ලෝක කබල්ලෑ දිනය 🌍(World Pangolin Day)" වෙන් කර ඇත.

🌟 1. ලෝකයේ එකම පොතු සහිත ක්ෂීරපායි සත්ත්වයා -
මොවුන් ප්‍රමාණයෙන් කුඩායි. කුලෑටියි. ඇස් පෙනීම දුර්වලයි. නාසය අසල සිට වල්ගය කෙළවර දක්වා එක මත එක පිහිටි කොරපොතුවලින් පිරුණු කබොල්ලකින් යුත් සිරුරක් කබල්ලෑවා සතුයි.
🌟 2.ආරක්ෂා වීමේ විශේෂ හැකියාව -
අනතුරක් දැනුණු විට සටන් කිරීමට හෝ පහර දීමට උත්සාහ නොකරන කබල්ලෑවා තම සිරුර බෝලයක් මෙන් ගුලි කරගනිමින් ආරක්ෂා වෙයි. කොරපොතු හරිම තියුණුයි. ගුලි වුණාම සිංහයෙක් හෝ කොටියෙක් වගේ සතෙක්ටවත් පහසුවෙන් අල්ලන්න බැහැ.
එවිට ඔවුන්ගේ දැඩි කොරපොතු ස්වභාවික ආරක්ෂාවක් ලෙස ක්‍රියා කරනවා. එම නිසාම එය සොබාදහම විසින් නිර්මාණය කළ සුවිශේෂී ආරක්ෂක ක්‍රමවේදයක් ලෙස සැලකෙනවා.
🌟 3. දත් නැහැ -
කබල්ලෑවන්ට දත් නැහැ. ප්‍රධාන වශයෙන් කුඹි 🐜හා ගොළුබෙල්ලන්🐌 ආහාරයට ගන්නා අතර, දත් නොමැති නිසා දිගු ඇලෙන සුළු දිවක් භාවිතා කරමින් තම ආහාර ලබා ගනී. ඔවුන්ගේ දිව ශරීරයටත් වඩා දිගින් වැඩියි. සමහර කබල්ලෑවන්ගේ දිව සෙන්ටිමීටර් 40කටත් වඩා දිගයි.
🌟 4.සුවඳ දැනීම ඉතා ප්‍රබලයි ඇස් පෙනීම සහ ඇසීම එතරම් ප්‍රබල නැති වුණත්, සුවඳෙන් ආහාර හොයාගන්න පුළුවන්.
💖 හරිම ලස්සන පුරුද්දක් තියෙනවා 🫣❤️ — කබල්ලෑ පැටියා අම්මාගේ වලිගය උඩ හරි පිට උඩ හරි නැගගෙන යනවා.
🛡️ අනතුරක් ආවොත් අම්මා ගුලි වෙන අතරේ පැටියාව බඩ පැත්තට හංගගෙන ගුලි වී ආරක්ෂා කරගන්නවා.
🌟 5. ස්වභාවික පළිබෝධ පාලකයෙක් -
කෘෂිකර්මාන්තයට හානි කරන කෘමීන් පාලනය කරන්න කබල්ලෑවා විශාල දායකත්වයක් දෙනවා. 🌱❤️
🌟 6. ලෝකයේ විශාලතම කබල්ලෑවා ශ්‍රීලංකාවෙන් -
දැනට වාර්තාවෙලා තියෙන උපරිම දේහ බර සහ විශාලත්වයට වඩා වැඩි සත්ත්වයෙක් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ මන්නාරමෙන් සොයාගෙන තියෙනවා.
"ලෝකයේ විශාලතම කබල්ලෑවා" ශ්‍රී ලංකාවෙන් සොයා ගත්තද, මේ ලිපිය ලියන මොහොත වන විට එම සත්ත්වයා කිසිවෙකුටත් සජීවීව දක්නට හැකියාවක් නැහැ. ඊට හේතුව ලෝකයේ විශාලතම කබල්ලෑවා බවට වාර්තා පොත් වලට එකතුවීමට නියමිත ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ කබල්ලෑවා දැනටමත් දඩයක්කරුවෙකුගේ ගොදුරක් බවට පත්ව තිබීමයි.
🌟7. 🌍 වසර මිලියන ගණනක් තිස්සේ පෘථිවිය මත ජීවත් වූ කබල්ලෑවා,පෘථිවියේ ඉතා පැරණි ක්ෂීරපායී කාණ්ඩයකට අයත් වෙනවා. අවාසනාවකට මෙම සත්තවයා අද මිනිසා නිසා වඳවීමේ තර්ජනයට මුහුණ දී සිටිනවා 💔
⭕⚠️ කබල්ලෑවා අද ලොවෙන් සමු ගැනීමට ආසන්නව සිටින සතෙක්.
🌿 එමෙන්ම කබල්ලෑවා යනු ස්වභාවධර්මයේ අපූරු නිර්මාණයක්. එහෙත් අද වන විට නීති විරෝධී වෙළඳාම සහ වාසස්ථාන විනාශ වීම නිසා ඔවුන්ගේ පැවැත්ම තර්ජනයට ලක්වී ඇත. පොතු වලින් ආවරණය වී සිටියත්, කබල්ලෑවාට අවශ්‍ය වන්නේ අපගේ ආරක්ෂාවයි.

The pangolin is one of the most unique mammals in the world. While many people have heard its name, very few have actually seen one in the wild. Being a nocturnal animal, pangolins are most active between 11:00 PM and 4:00 AM, and their limited distribution makes sightings extremely rare.
Sadly, pangolins are also known as the most trafficked mammals in the world. Due to illegal hunting and wildlife trade, their populations have declined drastically, placing them under serious threat of extinction.
To raise awareness and promote conservation efforts, World Pangolin Day 🌍 is celebrated every year on the third Saturday of February.
🔰 Amazing Facts About Pangolins! ⚡
🌟 1. The world’s only scaled mammal Pangolins are small, shy mammals covered in overlapping scales that extend from their head to the tip of their tail. Their eyesight is poor, but their unique armor makes them unlike any other mammal on Earth.
🌟 2. A remarkable defense mechanism When threatened, a pangolin does not fight or attack. Instead, it curls itself into a tight ball. Its hard, sharp scales act as natural armor, making it difficult even for large predators to harm it. This is one of nature’s most extraordinary defense systems.
🌟 3. They have no teeth -
Pangolins mainly feed on ants 🐜 and termites. Since they have no teeth, they use an incredibly long, sticky tongue to catch their prey. In some species, the tongue can grow longer than 40 cm (16 inches).
🌟 4. An incredible sense of smell Although their eyesight and hearing are relatively weak, pangolins have a highly developed sense of smell that helps them locate food.

Baby pangolins often ride on their mother’s tail or back. When danger approaches, the mother curls up and protects her baby within her body, keeping it safe from harm. 🫣❤️

🌟 6. The largest recorded pangolin was found in Sri Lanka A pangolin discovered in Mannar, Sri Lanka, exceeded previously recorded size and weight records. Sadly, the animal had already fallen victim to poaching before it could be observed alive and fully documented.
🌟 7. An ancient mammal Pangolins belong to one of the oldest groups of mammals and have existed on Earth for millions of years. Unfortunately, today they face extinction largely because of human activities. 💔
