මිල්ක්මේඩ් ,පොල් හා සීනි පමණක් යොදා සාදන ලද අලුවා
අවශ්‍ය දේ
මිල්ක් මේඩ් 510 g
ගාන ලද පොල් 300g
සීනි 600g
වතුර ටින් එකෙන් 1/4
සාදන ක්‍රමය
1 සියල්ල එකට මිශ්‍ර කරන්න ලිප තබන්න කලින්
මුලින්ම බටර් තවරන ලද තැටියක් හා පැතලි හැන්දක් ස්‍රුදානම් කර ගන්න
2තරමක් ලොකු තාච්චියකට හෝ සුදුසු භාජනයකට දමා ලිප තබන්න
3 නොනවත්වා හැදි ගාන්න ඉක්මනින් අඩිය කරවෙන නිසා
4 නිනාඩි 25 ක් විතර ගත වෙනවිට
අතට තද ගතියක් දැනෙයි ඇලෙන ගතිය නැතිවී වටේට සීනි වගේ බැදෙයි කිරි ටොෆි හදනවා මෙන්
5 ඉක්මනින් තැටියට දමා ලස්සනට තුනී කර හයිවෙන්ට කලින් තපා ගන්ට
හොද උකු කිරි සුවදක් සමග රසක් දැනෙවි
( වැනිලා, සුවද කුඩු,බටර් හා පාට කිසිවක් දැම්මේ නැත)
