A/L results வந்தாச்சு…
பல students இப்போ life next step பற்றி deep-aa யோசிச்சிட்டு இருப்பீங்க.
இந்த நேரத்துல Oracle layoffs மாதிரி news பார்க்கும்போது,
“IT field safe தானா?”
“IT degree படிக்கணுமா வேண்டாமா?”
“Future இருக்கா இல்லையா?”
ன்னு பயம் வருவது normal.
ஆனா ஒரு விஷயம் clear-aa புரிஞ்சிக்கணும்:
ஒரு company layoff பண்ணியது means IT field முடிஞ்சுடுச்சு என்பதல்ல.
It only means the industry is changing.
Oracle மாதிரி பெரிய companies சில நேரம் restructuring, cost cutting, AI investment, cloud priorities காரணமாக employees குறைக்கலாம்.
ஆனா அதனால் technology future இல்லன்னு சொல்ல முடியாது.
Actually, அது world வேகமா new direction க்கு move ஆகுது என்பதற்கே sign.
Dear A/L students, please don’t change your future based on one fear.
ஒரு negative news பார்த்து whole career path-ஐ reject பண்ணாதீங்க.
நினைவில் வைங்க:
IT என்பது just coding மட்டும் இல்ல.
IT என்பது future world-ஐ build பண்ணும் field.
Still huge opportunities are there in:
AI & Machine Learning
Cybersecurity
Cloud Computing
Software Engineering
Data Science
Networking
DevOps
UI/UX
Automation
Business Analytics
உண்மை என்னனா:
Old mindset டோட IT போக முடியாது.
But strong skill ஓட IT வந்தவங்கக்கு future இருக்கு.
So, if you are planning to do an IT degree:
Degree மட்டும் போதாது.
Skill வேண்டும்.
English communication வேண்டும்.
Problem-solving mindset வேண்டும்.
Internship experience வேண்டும்.
Continuous learning habit வேண்டும்.
இனி survive பண்ணுவது degree holder இல்ல… skill holder.
A/L result ஒரு number தான்.
அது உங்கள் full future இல்லை.
ஒரு layoff news ஒரு headline தான்.
அது முழு industry fate இல்லை.
இந்த generation students க்கு என் strong advice:
Fear வைத்து course choose பண்ணாதீங்க.
Trend பார்த்து மட்டும் choose பண்ணாதீங்க.
Salary மட்டும் பார்த்து choose பண்ணாதீங்க.
Your interest + market demand + skill-building mindset வைத்து choose பண்ணுங்கள்.
If you really love tech,
if you are ready to learn,
if you can adapt,
if you can grow with change,
then IT is still one of the most powerful degrees for your future.
Layoffs scare weak minds.
But change creates opportunities for prepared minds.
So students,
panic ஆகாதீங்க.
prepare ஆகுங்கள்.
compare ஆகாதீங்க.
upgrade ஆகுங்கள்.
Future belongs not to those who run away from change,
but to those who learn, adapt, and lead.
