1. Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients
• 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
• 4 cups powdered sugar
• 2–3 tbsp heavy cream or milk
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Beat the butter on medium speed for 2–3 minutes until light and creamy.
2. Add powdered sugar one cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Add vanilla extract, salt, and heavy cream.
4. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes until fluffy and smooth.
5. Adjust thickness with a little more cream if needed.
2️⃣ Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients
• 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
• 3½ cups powdered sugar
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 4 tbsp heavy cream or milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Beat butter until creamy.
2. Mix cocoa powder with powdered sugar and add gradually.
3. Add vanilla, salt, and cream.
4. Beat on high speed until fluffy and smooth.
5. Adjust consistency with extra cream if needed.

Ingredients
• 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
• ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
• 3–4 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
2. Add powdered sugar gradually.
3. Add vanilla and salt.
4. Beat until light, creamy, and spreadable.
4️⃣ Whipped Cream Frosting
Ingredients
• 1 cup cold heavy cream
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Chill the bowl and whisk for 10 minutes before starting.
2. Beat heavy cream on medium-high until soft peaks form.
3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
4. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
5. Use immediately or refrigerate until needed.
5️⃣ Swiss Meringue Buttercream
Ingredients
• 4 egg whites
• 1 cup sugar
• 1½ cups unsalted butter (softened)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Heat egg whites and sugar over a double boiler, whisking until sugar dissolves and mixture reaches about 160°F (71°C).
2. Transfer to a bowl and beat on high speed until stiff, glossy peaks form and bowl is cool.
3. Add butter gradually while beating.
4. Add vanilla and salt.
5. Beat until smooth, creamy, and silky.
6️⃣ Strawberry Frosting
Ingredients
• ½ cup pureed strawberries (thick, reduced if watery)
• 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
• 3–4 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Beat butter until creamy.
2. Add powdered sugar gradually.
3. Add strawberry puree, vanilla, and salt.
4. Beat until fluffy and evenly pink.
5. Add more sugar if frosting is too soft.
