නැකතට හිස තෙල් ගාන්න ගජ මුතු අපිත් මාලිගාවට 😇
සිංහල සහ හින්දු අලුත් අවුරුදු නැකත් සීට්ටුවේ හිස තෙල් ගෑමෙ චාරිත්‍රය අද උදෑසන 09.04ට යෙදුනු සුබ නැකතින් සිදුවූ අතර ගජ මුතු අපි සම්බන්ධ වූයේ මහනුවර ඓතිහාසික ශ්‍රී මහා නාථ දේවාලයේ හිස තෙල් ගෑමෙ උත්සවයටයි. දිවයින පුරා ආගමික ස්ථාන හා නිවෙස්වල පැවැත්වෙන මෙම පුරාණ චාරිත්‍රයට අලි ඇතුන් පවා සම්බන්ධවන අතර අප සහභාගීවූ උත්සවයට මහනුවර ශ්‍රී දළදා මාළිගා ඇත් පන්තියේ 'මිගාර' ඇතු සහ 'බුරුම රාජා' ඇතාද සම්බන්ධවිය 😍
The oil annoiting tradition of the Sinhala and Tamil New Year festivities took place today at the auspicious hour of 09.04 AM, and we at Gaja Muthu took part in the annoiting ceremony of the Sri Maha Natha Devalaya in Kandy. The oil annoiting ceremony takes place in many religious sites and homes around the country and is a tradition which is participated by elephants too, where the ceremony at the Sri Maha Natha Devalaya was graced by the most majestic elephants 'Migara' and 'Buruma Raja' of the Sri Dalada Maligawa 😍
