the other hand, has gained a lot of popularity as well as a lot of new viewers. There are over 7.5 million
daily Sri Lankan internet users who browse the internet for entertainment, and the lack of local movie

eleases has contributed to an increase in not only short-length local videos but also video logs and local
video series that are longer than 30 minutes, with some episodes reaching 90 minutes. In this climate, we intend to launch an online platform for Sri Lankan creators to release their films,
short films, mini-series, Net-series, and documentaries. The main cog in the wheel of this local visual entertainment platform is its online streaming module. This online streaming platform will function similarly to Netflix, but with the added benefit of publishing
work by any creator on Facebook, YouTube, as well as its website and streaming platform. Any local
creator's work will be marketed in more ways than in any other platform, thanks to multiple forms of
publishing and marketing. We have named this novel concept KaputaCinema, and to launch this platform in a truly unique and
iconic way, we intend to make a film with extremely talented people who have been involved in the Sri
Lankan film industry for many years. The film will be professionally made and produced, with a running
time of more than 2 hours. The title of the film is “Nattami Army,” and it depicts a social system and a
look into the lives of an overlooked and mostly forgotten society in our country. As previously stated, over 7 million daily internet users are looking for online entertainment. We're
aiming for half of that audience or 3 million views. We are extremely confident in meeting our goal
because this will be one of the first Professional Sri Lankan films released only on a free-to-view online
streaming platform as well as on YouTube. To make this vision a reality, we are looking for a sponsor to become one of our main partners in
launching Sri Lanka's first online streaming platform dedicated to pure Sri Lankan movies and Net-series
and so much more.
