We’re collecting children’s short stories between 1000 and 2500 words to include in the third instalment of our much-loved MilkRice series.

We would like stories that touch on diversity, inclusion, humour, loss, fear, love, anxiety, anger, loneliness, joy, curiosity, and greed – with a uniquely Sri Lankan tone. 

Thank you to everyone who has submitted a story so far! We’ve been enjoying them and look forward to reading more of your stories.
