Investor Registration for the Project to Develop Tourism-related Revenue Generation in a New Dimension
Project Nature:
This project aims to create an information and communication network that integrates all tourist locations, hotels, lodges, resorts, tourism-related businesses, and service-providing institutions in Sri Lanka. This will make it easier for both local and foreign tourists to access information. The project also aims to provide advisory services to develop the tourism industry, offer investment opportunities and financial facilities for new tourism projects, create a market for tourism-related products and services, and establish a product market focused on the international market. Furthermore, it will provide necessary advice, training, and service facilities. The project also seeks to empower local entrepreneurs with new ideas and attitudes for tourism development and to integrate them into a revenue-generating process.
Project Area:
This project is proposed to be implemented island-wide, with nine service centers representing each province and a central control center for administrative operations.
Project Investment:
The total investment for this project is approximately LKR 170 million. This amount is expected to be raised from local or foreign individuals or institutions with investment capabilities, in parts according to their capacity.
Project Operations:
This project will be implemented by an independent institution with state sponsorship. It is expected to create a formal institution whose membership consists solely of investors. The administrative affairs of the institution and the project will be managed by a board of officials chosen by the independent and majority consent of the institution's members.
Applying for Investment:
Individuals or institutions with investment capabilities should submit their name, address, contact telephone number, and area via email or WhatsApp. Based on this information, an initial awareness session will be held for the applicants, followed by a project introduction session. Subsequently, interested and qualified investors will be selected.
Returns on Investment:
The returns on investment are expected to be very high. A detailed breakdown of the returns will be explained during the initial project introduction session held for the applicants.

මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය මගින් දේශීය සහ විදේශීය සංචාරකයින් සදහා පහසුවෙන් තොරතුරු ලබාගැනීමට හැකිවන අයුරින් ලංකාවේ සියළුම සංචාරක ස්ථාන, හෝටල්, ලැගුම්හල්, නිවාඩු නිකේතන, සංචාරක කර්මාන්තය ආශ්‍රිත ව්‍යාපාර, සංචාරක කටයුතු පිළිබදව සේවා සපයන ආයතන ඒකාබද්ධ කරමින් තොරතුරු සන්නිවේදන ජාලයක් නිර්මාණය කිරීමට අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ. එමගින් සංචාරක කර්මාන්තය සංවර්ධනය කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය උපදේශන සේවා සැපයීම, නව සංචාරක ව්‍යාපෘති සදහා ආයෝජන අවස්ථා සහ මුල්‍ය පහසුකම් සැපයීම, සංචාරක කර්මාන්තය ආශ්‍රිත නිෂ්පාදන සහ සේවා සදහා වෙළදපොලක් නිර්මාණය කිරීම සහ ජාත්‍යන්තර වෙළදපොළ කේන්ද්‍ර කරගනිමින් නිෂ්පාදන වෙළදපොලක් ඇති කිරීම, සහ අවශ්‍ය උපදෙස්, පුහුණුව සහ සේවා පහසුකම් ලබාදීම සිදුකෙරේ. එමෙන්ම සංචාරක කර්මාන්තය සංවර්ධනය සදහා නව අදහස් සහ ආකල්පයන් සහිත දේශීය ව්‍යවසායකයින් සවිබල ගැන්වීම සහ ආදායම් උත්පාදන ක්‍රියාවලියක් සදහා අනුගත කිරීම මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය මගින් සිදු කිරීමට අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ.
ව්‍යාපෘති බලප්‍රදේශය :
මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය දීපව්‍යාප්තව ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට යෝජිත අතර, සෑම පලාතක්ම නියෝජනය වන පරිදි සේවා මධ්‍යස්ථාන නවයක් ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට සහ ප්‍රධාන පාලන මධ්‍යස්ථානයක් මගින් පරිපාලන කටයුතු සිදු කිරීමටත් අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ.
ව්‍යාපෘතියේ ආයෝජනය :
මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය සදහා සමස්ත ආයෝජනය ශ්‍රී ලංකා මුදලින් රුපියල් මිලියන 170ක් පමණ වේ.මෙම මුදල ආයෝජන හැකියාව පරිදි කොටස් වශයෙන් දේශීය හෝ විදේශීය වශයෙන් ආයෝජන හැකියාවක් සහිත පුද්ලයින් හෝ ආයතන මගින් සපුරා ගැනීමට අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ.
ව්‍යාපෘතියේ ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වය :
මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය රාජ්‍ය අනුග්‍රහය සහිතව ස්වාධින ආයතනයක් මගින් ක්‍රියාත්මක වේ. ආයෝජකයින් පමණක් සාමාජිකත්වය දරණ විධිමත් ආයතනයක් නිර්මාණය කිරීමට අපේක්ෂා කරන අතර, එම ආයතනයේ සාමජිකයිගේ ස්වාධින සහ බහුතර කැමැත්ත මත තෝරා පත්කරගනු ලබන නිළධාරි මණ්ඩලයක් මගින් ආයතනයේ පරිපාලන කටයුතු සහ ව්‍යාපෘතියේ පරිපාලන කටයුතු සිදු කරනු ලැබේ.
ආයෝජනය සදහා ඉල්ලුම් කිරීම :
ආයෝජන හැකියාවක් සහිත පුද්ගලයින් හෝ ආයතනහි නම, ලිපිනය, සම්බන්ධ කරගැනීම සදහා දුකරතන අංකය සහ ප්‍රදේශය ඊමේල් මගින් හෝ Whatsapp මගින් යොමුකළ යුතු අතර, එම තොරතුරු මත මුලික දැනුවත් කිරීමකින් අනතුරුව ඉල්ලුම්කරුවන් සදහා ව්‍යාපෘතියේ හදුන්වාදීමේ සැසියක් පවත්වනු ලැබේ. ඉන් අනතුරුව කැමැත්තක් දක්වන සහ සුදුසුකම් ලත් ආයොජකයීන් තෝරාගනු ලැබේ.
