The administration of First Baptist Academy is pleased to inform the general public that we are currently recruiting qualified and professional teachers for all divisions, (Nursery to Grade 12) for the upcoming 2025/2026 academic year.

Interested applicants are encouraged to submit their applications at the school’s office on or before Monday, August 4, 2025.

Minimum Requirements:
Proficiency in both oral and written English
Strong classroom management skills

For Nursery & Elementary: At least a “C” Certificate
For Junior & Senior High: An Associate Degree in the subject area

🌟 Steven Sator Varkpor, Jr. – A Shining Light of FIBA and Liberia

Steven isn’t just a student at First Baptist Academy – he represents excellence, humility, and potential. His remarkable qualities inspire both his peers and the broader community. As he seeks support to pursue higher education, our thoughts and prayers are with him. Liberia celebrates him today, and the world may soon do the same.

Thirteen-year-old Stephen Sator Vorkpor
Jr. has made history by becoming Liberia's youngest candidate to graduate high school in the 2024/2025 academic year.

Starting his education at the age of 2, Stephen's exceptional intellect and academic performance led to accelerated promotions throughout his schooling, culminating in his current status as a Grade 12 student at First Baptist Academy in Caldwell, New Georgia. His graduation is scheduled for September 6, 2025, marking a significant milestone in his remarkable educational journey.

A Defining Moment at First Baptist Academy

Today our twelfth grade students proudly stood before an audience of parents teachers and school leaders to deliver their pre graduation speeches. This moment was more than just a presentation. It marked the completion of what we at First Baptist Academy call the Principal's Test.

The Principal's Test is a final evaluation designed to assess our students' confidence public speaking skills and readiness for life beyond high school. It is a tradition that sets our institution apart by instilling leadership courage and excellence in every graduating student. This standard is one of the many reasons why First Baptist Academy remains a model of quality education in Liberia.
