The CEO of L -Team solution Urges youths to take computer knowledge serious, says it is important to modern society development.

An Official of compound, Lakayta township appeals to Margibi county authorities to renovate their administrative building, says the building is in a deplorable conditions.

Speaking to our reporter on feb 3, 2024 the special assistant to the commissioner of compound, Lakayta in district 4 Margibi county, Zak Mentee narrated that for over years the building has been deplorable leaving officials of the township to find a decent environment to perform their duties.

Zak Mentee disclosed that the facility lacks chairs , restroom, electricity and stationary materials among others.
Mr. Mentee further asserted that the renovation of the building and empowerment will help smoothly strengthen the functioning of local leaders of the township.

Etta-Satta Foundation Aid Life Skills Training Initiative graduates 529 students in Soap Making and Baking

The Etta-Satta Foundation Aid Life Skills Training Initative in Konola along the Weala Hardware has graduated five hundred and twenty-nine students in live skill training programs.

The event was held on Wednesday, 16 August 2023 at the Weala Public School Auditorium and brought together over one thousand citizens of Konola, Weala and other surrounding towns and villages in District #5, Margibi County.

Giving the overview of the program, Madam Alice T. Baysah, Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation said, the program is project is her late mother dream that she intend implementing since she dies.

Madam Baysah further, with the knowledge being impacted in the women in various disciplines it will go a long way and make them self-sufficient in aiding their male counterparts.

According to her, based on their assessment and request from the people the 529 graduates were trained in two disciplines including Soap Making and Baking and the training lasted for three months.

For her part, Madam Set Fofanah Sahr
Coordinator of Liberia Chiefs and Elders who proxy on behalf of VP Jewel Howard Taylor encouraged the graduates to take seriously the knowledge being impacted to them.

She explained that whenever a lady is self-sufficient they can be a help to their homes and their spouses will not look down on them as they will be contributing greatly to their respective homes.

Hon Alice Baysah on today donated two solar panels light valued over US$ 150 or 23,250 L$ to Tinkerta Town in Margibi County.

Madam Baysah said as part of her ongoing solar panel light donation across District #5 she decided to provide electricity to people in that part of the District.

According to the citizens, it's the first of its kind for a representative aspirant to identify with them in such a manner as it is also the first time in the history of their time to be electrified since it was established.

Residents of Tinkerta Town happily received the gesture from Hon Alice Baysah with a heavy heart of thanks and appreciation.
