A Liberian Law Enforcement Officer shoots another unarmed citizen.

The Liberia Drugs Enforcement Agency says it has turnover one of its Agents, Folley Mulbah, Operations Commander of the New Kru Town Detail, to the Liberia National Police for Investigation following a shootout in the Banjor Beach Community.

According to the LDEA Director Abraham Kromah, Agent Mulbah shot and injured an affiliate of a notorious drugs dealer in the area after the victim, who is yet to be identified, tussled with his man in an attempt to win over his Gun.

Col. Kromah said the victim is currently at the John F. Kennedy Hospital in Sinkor undergoing treatment.

He cautioned citizens against fighting Law Enforcement Officers during the discharge of their duty.

The notorious drug dealer according to the LDEA Boss is identified as Charles Massaquoi.

Meanwhile, Col. Kromah said since his ascendency to the Director of LDEA position they have confiscated drugs worth 32 Million Liberian Dollars from Montserrado and other counties adjacent.

Speaking at a News Conference, Col. Kromah called for more budgetary support to the LDEA if President Boakia’s desire to minimize drug abuse is to be realized. .

It seems like the international community is serious about setting up the war and economic crimes court in Liberia. Today, Speaker Koffa and the House leadership held a meeting with Ambassador-at-Large Beth Van Schaach and her team from the Office of Global Criminal Justice (J/GCJ) at the Capitol building.

Commenting about the visit, Speaker Koffa said "I made clear to the Ambassador-at-Large, that we support Justice for war victims but we won't be rash or insensitive to concerns of people who feel targeted. This will be done right, and if it is what our people want, their elected representatives will say so through their votes. As Speaker, I will make sure the debate is thorough and that it considers everything; reconciliation, maintenance of peace, and fairness to alleged perpetrators", he posted on his official page.

Dr. Clarence Moniba supporters paraded the streets of Monrovia with Dr. Moniba, after returning from his campaign tour in the various counties.

Dr. Moniba asserted that:
