Liberia’s Fantastic Force Dance Crew Aims to Elevate Local Talent

A new wave is emerging in Liberia’s dance scene. The Lib Fantastic Force Ent (Fantastic Force Dance Crew), led by CEO Barclay M. Teah (aka Barclay De Spider Man), is advocating for more formal support structures for young dancers across the country.

In an interview, he highlighted the gap in opportunities for talented youths and emphasized how improvements in the local music industry have created a more conducive environment for creative expression through dance.

It is a great honor to serve as the 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐌𝐂 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 #𝟏𝟓 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬. This position comes with a deep sense of responsibility, and I embrace the opportunity to advocate for the rights, interests, and aspirations of the young people of our district.

As a proud member of CMC, I firmly believe that 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫, 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬. District #15 is blessed with talented, passionate, and dedicated young people who are eager to make a difference. I pledge to work tirelessly alongside them—creating opportunities, building platforms, and opening spaces that foster innovation and leadership.

The vision of 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 (𝐂𝐌𝐂) is clear:

She was last seen leaving her home after her mother asked her to prepare for church. She has not returned, and her whereabouts remain unknown.

Margibi County Superintendent, Hon. Ojay Morris Jr., has officially launched an investigation into a land dispute at Camp Jones Barracks, involving the Liberian Armed Forces and two families — the Cheek and Goll families.

To address the matter, a special committee has been established, composed of representatives from the following institutions and groups:

1. Religious Community

2. Margibi Elder Council

3. Rural Women of Margibi

4. Kakata City Council

5. Liberia Land Authority

6. Margibi Youth & Sports

7. Ministry of Internal Affairs

8. Civil Society Organization

9. Margibi Stakeholders

10. Union of Persons Living with Disabilities

11. Margibi Media

The Liberia Land Authority will serve as the committee’s chair, while the Kakata City Council will act as co-chair.

The committee has been given two weeks to investigate the matter thoroughly and submit its findings and recommendations to the Superintendent, who will subsequently forward the report to the President of Liberia for further action.

Two days ago, Liberian mixed martial artist Dwight Joseph delivered a highlight-reel finish in the Professional Fighter’s League in South Africa 🇿🇦.

Taking on the undefeated Wilker Nsamo, Joseph ended the bout late in the second round (4:57) with a perfectly timed flying knee kick that left Nsamo unconscious. The victory not only booked Joseph’s place in the PFL Africa Featherweight Tournament semifinals but also marked Nsamo’s first professional defeat.

It was a powerful statement from the Liberian star — showcasing skill, precision, and knockout power on the global stage.
