Aggrieved employees of the Ministry of Transport have petitioned the United States Embassy in Monrovia, urging sanctions against Police Inspector General Gregory Coleman, Justice Minister Oswald Tweh, and others over the alleged alteration of the Liberia Traffic Management Concession agreement.
The employees claim that the original 25-year concession agreement was unlawfully modified, specifically pointing to changes on page 12 of the document.
At a well-attended press conference Monday, the group questioned Inspector General Coleman’s role in the traffic management deal, raising concerns about whether his public statements and endorsements align with the official responsibilities of his office.
