How One Man's Vision During the Ebola Outbreak Led to the Birth of a University
CEPRES International University was founded in November 2014 by Dr. Mogana S. Flomo Jr. during the Ebola outbreak in Liberia. What began as a response to the country's urgent need for trained public health and environmental professionals soon grew into a higher education institution dedicated to learning, research, and community development.

Initially established as a training center, the institution expanded rapidly and received government recognition in February 2015. In May 2015, it began operating as a university, opening opportunities for students to pursue higher education in fields that contribute to national development.
