MPC POLITICAL LEADER SIMEON FREEMAN TO ATTEND CDC ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION IN GRAND GEDEH COUNTY
The Movement for Progressive Change (MPC) is pleased to announce that its Political Leader, Mr. Simeon Freeman, will travel to Zwedru, Grand Gedeh County, to participate in the anniversary celebration of the Congress for Democratic Change (CDC), following an invitation extended by the leadership of the party.
The CDC anniversary celebration in Grand Gedeh is expected to attract thousands of partisans, political leaders, community stakeholders, and citizens from across the county and beyond. The event represents an important opportunity for political engagement, democratic solidarity, and dialogue among Liberians committed to the progress and development of the nation.
During his visit, Mr. Freeman will engage a broad cross-section of the county’s population, including traditional leaders, elders, market women, youth groups, community representatives, and other stakeholders. As part of his engagements, he is expected to visit the county’s intellectual center, where he will interact with young people and participate in a thought-provoking discussion on leadership, governance, economic transformation, and the future of Liberia.
Mr. Freeman will also grace the CDC anniversary program and make appearances on several radio stations across Grand Gedeh County, where he will interact with journalists and citizens on issues affecting the nation.
The MPC views this invitation as a demonstration of the growing spirit of cooperation and mutual respect among opposition political actors who share a common desire to see Liberia prosper. While maintaining its independent identity and vision, the MPC remains open to working with all political institutions and democratic forces that are committed to advancing good governance, accountability, economic opportunity, and national development.
