We are building a community-based Solar Kiosks Project designed to expand access to affordable energy, digital services, and income-generating opportunities in Liberia.
As we prepare to launch and scale the project, we are looking for two motivated professionals to join our project team on a part-time basis:
1. *OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR β PART-TIME*
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the solar kiosks.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Supervise and coordinate kiosk agents
β’ Monitor daily kiosk operations and service delivery
β’ Track sales, customer activity, and kiosk performance
β’ Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies
β’ Conduct regular visits and operational checks
β’ Address operational challenges and customer concerns
β’ Support agent training and performance management
β’ Ensure compliance with project procedures and standards
β’ Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
β’ Identify opportunities to improve revenue and customer experience
We are looking for someone who is:

1. *FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER β PART-TIME*
The Finance & Administration Officer will support the project with strong financial management, accountability, and administrative systems.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Maintain accurate financial records for the project
β’ Record and reconcile daily kiosk income and expenses
β’ Monitor cash and mobile money transactions
β’ Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
β’ Track project expenses and operational costs
β’ Support budgeting, procurement, and payments
β’ Maintain receipts, invoices, and financial documentation
β’ Support payroll and agent payment records
β’ Monitor financial controls and accountability procedures
β’ Provide financial information for project decision-making
