Surah An-Nur reminds us that Allah knows our struggles, sees what others may not see, and never overlooks His servants.

May we hold tightly to the Qur’an—not only when life is difficult, but every day.

May its words heal our hearts, strengthen our faith, and bring us closer to Allah.

Whispers. Temptation. Anger. Suspicion. Division.

Shayṭān works silently to destroy our īmān, families, marriages, and brotherhood.

Allah says:

إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ فَاتَّخِذُوهُ عَدُوًّا
“Indeed, Shayṭān is an enemy to you, so take him as an enemy.”
Qur’an 35:6

“Sometimes Allah takes something from you, not to punish you, but to make room for something better.”

When Allah closes a door, do not spend your life standing in front of it.

Sometimes what you desperately wanted was never meant to remain yours. Sometimes a person leaves, a plan fails, an opportunity disappears, or a dream takes longer than you expected.

Do not think Allah has forgotten you.

What feels like loss today may be Allah protecting you from something you cannot see.

Be patient when you do not understand.
Be grateful when you receive.
Be steadfast when you are tested.
And keep making duʿāʾ even when your heart is tired.

Allah knows what you need better than you know what you want.

So trust His timing. What He has written for you will never miss you, and what He has not written for you will never become yours.

Keep walking. Keep praying. Keep trusting Allah.

Perhaps the next chapter of your life will explain why the previous one had to hurt.

Assalamu Alaikum dear reader,

Be Merciful to the Creations of Allah ✍️

لَا تَظْلِمْ خَلْقَ اللهِ، وَلَا تَسْتَخِفَّ بِأَلَمِهِمْ؛ فَكُلُّهُمْ خَلْقُ اللهِ، وَاللهُ يَرَى كَيْفَ تُعَامِلُهُمْ.

“Do not wrong the creation of Allah, and do not take their pain lightly. They are all the creation of Allah, and Allah sees how you treat them.”

Be kind to people, even when you have the power to hurt them.
Be gentle with the weak, patient with the struggling, and merciful to animals.
Do not use someone’s weakness as an opportunity to humiliate them.
Do not break a heart simply because you know you can.
Do not oppress a soul whose only refuge may be Allah.

The Prophet ﷺ taught that Allah has prescribed excellence and kindness in everything, and Islam commands justice while forbidding transgression. (Hadith Encyclopedia⁠)

Remember: every creature you meet is part of Allah’s creation. Your kindness may become a reason for Allah’s mercy upon you, while your ظلم may become a burden you carry before Him.

Choose mercy.
Choose justice.
Choose kindness.
And fear Allah concerning His creation.
