Assistant Information Minister Praises “Stable Electricity “Supply
Assistant Minister for New Media and National Branding at the Ministry of Information, Maylouisa Noel Hill, has praised the Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC) for what she described as a stable electricity supply that allowed her to enjoy a peaceful and stress-free weekend.
In a social media post marking the beginning of June on Monday, Minister Hill expressed satisfaction with the current power situation at her residence, noting that the consistent electricity service contributed to a relaxed atmosphere throughout the weekend.
“I was well relaxed all weekend. Power is stable, stress is down. Thanks to the Liberia Electricity Corporation for the power and the peace! LEC, you're the real MVP! June will deliver as expected. Happy New Month,” she wrote.
Her comments come as many Liberians continue to monitor electricity services across the country, with access to reliable power remaining a key concern for households and businesses. Hill's public praise highlights growing appreciation among some consumers for recent improvements in electricity supply.
The Liberia Electricity Corporation has in recent months continued efforts to strengthen power distribution and improve service delivery to customers in Monrovia and other parts of the country.
