Watching our surfers go all the way to Ivory Coast and represent us with such strength and passion truly means a lot to me. This is not just a win,it’s a big moment for our country and for everyone who believes in the power of young people.

The 2nd Edition of the British Embassy Climate Change Photo Competition.

The 2nd Edition of the British Embassy Climate Change Photo Competition was held yesterday evening at Monrovia City Hall, and it was truly a wonderful experience.
It was a great honor to represent Robertsport City, Grand Cape Mount County. I came 4th place out of 12 finalists, and being the only female among 11 male finalists motivated me even more to keep pushing forward. Every step truly counts.

For coastal communities like Kru Town and Uptown in Robertsport, the ocean is a source of life, culture, and livelihood. Today, climate change is accelerating sea level rise, coastal erosion, and unpredictable ocean conditions, putting these communities at serious risk. Livelihoods are becoming increasingly difficult and stressful.

As a marine science student and environmental advocate,I believe protecting wildlife means protecting our future. Let us stand against poaching, habitat destruction, pollution, and climate change.
