๐ญThe Monrovia city court declears Henry B. Dennis guilty in Connection with Death of his girlfriend Patience Mulbah.
The Liberia National Police (LNP) has charged 36-year-old Henry B. Dennis with manslaughter following an investigation into the death of his girlfriend, Patience Mulbah, whose lifeless body was discovered along the 72nd SKD Boulevard in Paynesville.
According to an LNP investigation report obtained by Verity News,Henry Dennis and Patience Mulbah had reportedly been in a romantic relationship for approximately two years prior to her death.
Police said Patience Mulbah was found unresponsive along the roadside after photos and videos of her body circulated on social media. Investigators from the LNP Crime Against Persons Unit and Forensic Section responded to the scene, after which her body was taken to the John F. Kennedy Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
Henry Dennisโ Account of the Incident
According to investigators, Henry Dennis told police that he and Patience Mulbah were traveling on a motorbike during the early morning hours when they were allegedly attacked by three armed robbers carrying cutlasses near the Police Academy Road intersection.
Henry Dennis reportedly said the attackers struck their motorcycle, causing both riders to fall. He allegedly escaped the scene, boarded another motorcycle and proceeded to his girlfriend's residence in Rehab, Paynesville.
However, police said their investigation found no evidence supporting the alleged robbery attack.
Investigators further alleged that Henry Dennis did not immediately report the incident to the police or another law enforcement agency after leaving Mulbah at the roadside.
Police said Henry Dennis eventually appeared at LNP Headquarters on April 25, 2026, at approximately 1:04 p.m., after friends who had seen him with Mulbah reportedly began questioning her whereabouts.
Henry Dennis allegedly told investigators that he lost his mobile phone during the incident .
