DARIOUS DORBOR , who is popularly called AUBAMEYANG by his admirers because of his scoring ability and strength, currently ply his trade with Scottish football Academy

DORBOR. grew up as a person that really loves the game since his childhood day. He has a huge admiration for the game of football.

He came to the spotlight in 2015 with his childhood (club HOPE Academy) DORBOR stayed with the club up to 2020 when he was 13 years of age and became one of the fascinating talents to watch in the team. He was very enterprising, especially with his exceptional scoring ability and strength amongst his peers.

He was one of the most dependable players in the squad and was always cherished by his teammates.

His performances earned him admirations by people who followed him all through as he got scouted by Riverview community all star coach who is the chief scout of the Liberia national team.

In 2023, the young attacker being concerned about improving his game joined Scottish football Academy.

However, DORBOR has fast established himself as the talisman for Scottish football Academy after scoring 12 goals in eight preseason matches before the current ACADEMY campaign.

Scottish football Academy has played just a game in the 2023/2024 ACADEMY League and DORBOR scoring two goals.

He scored one time for Grand Bassa county in their 2-1 defeat to Grand Cape Mount County in the just ended under 15 national County Meet last month

He also guided Block C to win the Riverview community under 15 Block League last year, scoring two goals in three matches in that tournament.

Aside his remarkable scoring ability, he’s a dedicated and humbled footballer who is always concern about helping his team achieve.

The 16-year-old striker is currently pursuing his educational career at the Start college university.

The Liberia Football Association (LFA) officially welcomes Coach Selamawit Zeray Kebede to Liberia.

Coach Kebede, a CAF Licence 'A' coach and Instructor, was chosen as the next head coach of the Liberia's senior women's national team following a review of candidates for the position.

Coach Kebede, an Ethiopian, was welcomed by LFA women's football assistant Kebeh G. Lamine when she arrived at Roberts international airport on Tuesday.

She will be formally unveiled at the LFA headquarters on 27 July at 12:00 P.M.

Angel ozore a 19 -Years -old Liberian Sports Lover is calling on the Liberian leader president Dr. Geoege Manneh Weah and the Liberian Football Association President Mustapha I. Raji to formulate program that will improve Sports in Liberia

According to Angel ozore,the president of Liberia Dr.George M.Weah need to step in for the improvement of sports in the country
and she also said President Weah received majority of the vote from people who supported his football career at the highest level

She Said doing president Weah time playing football,he won the world best, African best and other award now currently the head of state

At the same time Angel maintain that the LFA President need to come up with a program that will improve Sports in Liberia ,like academy, tournament where player will come and display their talent

Meanwhile, Angel added that Liberia have great and talented young players with passion that are willing to play soccer at the higher level but said the lack of support, is a major challenge players are faced with and wants President George Weah to get involved in transforming the sporting sactor in Liberia.

She encouraged supporters of sports within Liberia to stop using negative words against their national team, but rather words that will help bring an impact to the growth and development of the national team.

Liberian Goalkeeper Wants Youth National Team Call-Up

Monrovia- Philippines based Liberian goalkeeper Augustine Daddy Foley says he open to play for Liberia youth national team.

The 6'2 height 24-year-old goalkeeper who plays in the Philippine Afro Amateur league with Super Ranger , last played for JB Korkei, a feder side to Liberian club Keitrace FC at that time when the club was in the LFA first Division league in 2018.

"I am prepared to play for the youth national team at the moment in helping my country qualify for major competition" Foley told Journalists doing an online interview recently.

Foley " If I am given the chance, I will feel happy to help my country progress to major competitions".

According to the Liberian international goalkeeper, a call up to the youth national team will be a big step for and he will use that opportunity to showcase his goalkeeping talent to football fans across the country.

He believes his presence with the young Lonestar will bring to an end Lonestar goalkeeping nightmare

Background of Augustine Daddy Augustine D. Foley.

Augustine Daddy Foley born 15 December 1999), is a Liberian goalkeeper who plays for Super Ranger FC in the Phil Afro Amateur league in the Philippines.

Foley started his football career in Jacob Town New hope Peace Island where he was one of the best goalkeepers in District Number two. Montserrado county.

The young goalkeeper began his career at the age of 14 by practicing as a strong and brave goalkeeper while in high school.

In 2016, he signed his first contract at the age of 16 for JB Korkei a feder club to Keitrace FC Under (Coach Stephen Tarr).

At JB Korkei, Foley played two seasons and was promoted to the first team "Keitrace FC" in 2017 due to his excellent performance under the late Gabriel Jones as head coach.

In 2018, he traveled China to forward his football career and education as a computer science student.

By July 2020, Foley moved to Philippines to pursue his career and education where he is currently playing in the Phil Afro Amateur League.
