*Death Announcement*
“The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.” – Job 1:21
With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, the Nimely and Tarlobah families announce the untimely passing of their beloved son, brother, father, and relative, Titus Tarlobah Nimely, which occurred on Friday, June 27, 2025.
Born on April 6, 1997, unto the blessed union of Mr. Reuben Nimely and Ma Sabah Nimely, Titus was a vibrant young man who lived with his parents behind City Hall in Monrovia. His sudden departure has left a void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
He leaves to mourn his precious daughter, Abigail Tarlobah, his devoted parents, and his loving siblings: Felecia Nimely, Sonie Nimely (USA), Francis Tarlobah, Nejay Tarlobah (USA), Annie Cassell (USA), Francess O. Nyanford (USA), Agathon Tarlobah, Rubena Nimely, Mardea Nimely, Peterma Nanto Nimely, Bowee Roberts, Nathaniel Tarlobah; his fiancee Elizabeth Kolenky along with a host of other relatives, friends, and well-wishers both in Liberia and the diaspora.
A family meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at the residence of the deceased’s sister (Felecia) located on the Congo Town Back Road, behind the former Defense Minister’s house.
The funeral service will take place on Friday, July 4, 2025, at the Alfred N. Butler Funeral Home in Mount Barclay, beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Owensgrove, Grand Bassa County.
