BREAKING NEWS !! Montserrado County district 17 Representative Djblue Lib unveils US$650,000 resource and recreation project

The project dubbed as " VISION 2030", costed at USD$650K encompasses;
∆ E-Library ∆ Play Ground
∆Football Pitch. ∆ Dressing Room
∆Canteen. ∆ Picnic Area
∆ Rest Rooms
∆Basketball Court

The project's Steering Committee will be announced in the coming days and official ground breaking and commencement is expected to take place shortly! The steering Committee once named, will revalidate the Red Hill Field Round About- the tentative location for the project!

Funds for the project are expected to be sourced from District Development Funds, grants from constituents, home and in the diaspora and other lobbying avenues!

Terrible accident on the Bomi Highway, after a speeding vehicle ran into the Po-River.

According to sources, the driver was coming from Vincent Town, and decided to do a U-turn, and unfortunately, he accelerated and the car flew straight into the Po-River.

Two persons have been confirmed dead, the driver, a resident of Jones Town in the Po-River Community in District #17 and his nephew.

Our condolences to the family.
May their souls rest in perfect peace...
